The main living room boasts an impressive floor-to-ceiling stone wood-burning fireplace, a huge smart TV with streaming services, and cozy sofas where you can curl up and enjoy a memorable evening streaming your favorite shows and movies.

In the middle of both living areas is a well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials that will make cooking a breeze. You'll find two coffee makers (Keurig and drip) here. Additionally, there's a convenient laundry room with a washer/dryer and one bedroom on this floor.

The upper floor houses four bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom features high ceilings, a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with a shower and a separate soaking tub. The remaining bedrooms also have smart TVs for your convenience and entertainment.

The basement boasts an entertaining game room with a Ping-Pong table, an air hockey table, and a rec area with an extensive sofa and a smart TV. Additional amenities include a wrap-around porch, a gas grill, a high chair, and children's games.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
