Enjoy clean and spacious rooms in this 4940 sq. ft, custom home 15-20 mins from Downtown and the Strip. Comfortable queen beds and plenty of space. The home is in a quiet private gated complex within short driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, hospitals, Red Rock National Park recreation area, Mt. Charleston and Lake Mead and Nascar Speedway. Wifi, TV, Tropical backyard setting with pool and spa and waterfall, pool has a small 16 feet shallow area, which an umbrella can be place for shade and small kids supervised can play here or you can just lay down and enjoy the weather in the water, before going down into deeper water about 8 feet deep and has 4 concrete stools to seat in the water by the pool counter where you can rest seating seeping your favorite beverage or eating you BBQ delicacy you just cooked in the shade under the 12 feet wide Tropical umbrellas without going out the pool, Outdoor BBQ station, horseshoe play area, fire pit, washer/dryer, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all major and minor appliances. Enjoy outdoor as much as indoor. Your hosts Franco and Kay will be available all the time to make your stay memorable accommodating the guests the best way possible able to assist and guiding through with helpful hints on visiting the areas and if lucky they will even comp to see some local shows (upon availability only). The living room has a 65' flat screen TV and the theater room has plenty of seating and a 110' screen. The house is equipped with surround sound system so that you can enjoy radio, music, movies inside as well as outside. There are many popular tourist attractions in the area and all your favorite fast food facilities are within 1 mile.

Important Note when booking: NO PARTIES ARE PERMITTED other for whom are staying at the home.

During your stay the hosts (Franco and Kay) occupies one of the two master bedrooms at the opposing end of the house (East End) and they are almost non existent during your stay.

The hosts are in the late 60's and once they have guests at the home they will avoid being around as they respect their guests privacy which is priority over theirs.

During the day Franco stays in his office most of the time and Kay stays in the Master Suite on the opposite end of the house from where the guest occupies. Their suite is on the opposite end of the house (The East End) all by itself, where the rooms of the guests are totally on the opposite other end (The West End). The house is 4940 sq ft. and the guests will be accessing around 4000 sq ft of the house.
The hosts are friendly people. Franco is Italian, Kay is Japanese. Franco speaks 4 languages (English, Italian, Spanish and French) Kay speaks English and Japanese. This house is amazing. Also there is a laundry room if the guests wish to use.
The pool, spa, theater room, kitchen, Living room and your room(s) and your private bathroom are all yours and exclusively yours.
