Our hope is that it can be a relaxing and fun retreat for families and friends to make memories together year after year. Stone Cove Lake Home is a beachfront property located on a small, private 5 acre non-motorized lake - safe swimming for all ages. Located just 25 minutes from the vibrant attractions of Wisconsin Dells, a few miles from Mauston which offers some local restaurants, a brewery, and a riverwalk. This property is also less than a mile from the expansive Castle Rock Lake, which offers all the amenities of a larger lake as well as several public beaches. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This happy place includes two themed rooms perfect for kiddos or the young at heart. Our cozy, yet modern lake home can comfortably sleep twelve individuals, ideally a combination of adults and children. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up delicious meals together - our favorite has been make your own pizza night - while the spacious living area provides ample room for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy foosball, tiki toss ring game, board games or snuggle up and watch some Netflix on the sofa by the fire or better yet, visit the RedBox in the nearest festival and pop a DVD into the TV in the kids room...there's just something about the simplicity, we've loved it! Toys, a train set, tent and tunnel and Pikler Triangle set available for the kiddos. Baby items include a crib, high chair, game cube, saucer and sit me up chair. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If you're looking for lake home that comes with all the bells and whistles, toys and gadgets...we probably aren't the home for you. We wanted this home to be simple so that the focus was on each other and creating memories and taking in the more simple things - like a cup of coffee, building sandcastles, or playing charades. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Supporting small businesses and playing a role in providing opportunities for others to build relationships and make memories is a priority to our family. Owning a property that we can enjoy as a family but also share with others is a dream we've always had. What's something that will set this home apart? Throughout you will find pieces of my small business, that supports several other Wisconsin based small businesses. You'll find relaxing room sprays, diffusers and special mugs to enjoy your morning cup from our "coffee spot" - we want this house to feel like a home to all who enter. My family has also have loved being patrons at the local small businesses near this property including Gravity Box Brewing, Dirty Turtle, Pine Cove Bar and Grill, Gordo's Mexican Restaurant, Beyond the Daily Grind Cafe, The Oasis and Log Cabin Deli...all of which have been family friendly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Need a place to work remote? One of the bedrooms has a desk, but our favorite place to work? The bistro table, also know as the coffee spot, overlooking the water and back balcony. We have two smart TVs with the ability to login to your favorite apps and stream your favorite movies as well as high speed Wi-Fi. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

NOTE :
-This home is a NEW CONSTRUCTION. Landscaping is not complete and there is a steep drop from the back patio to the waterfront...our kids have not complained, a giant sand hall - they love it ;) but please be careful! Use at your own risk. Landscaping expected to be completed in July 2024.
-More outdoor amenities hope to be added to the property throughout the summer.
