Vacation

It was all good but very tight parking if you don't drive SUV or cars. Trucks are almost to long for parking. Also smoke alarm went off bc battery dying everyday.

Family Fun

We have three generations visiting and sharing the home. Lots of room for all. We found a couple of small repairs that needed attention and someone came by within 1 hour to assess them.

Great home away from home.

Our family lived, worked, and school at this property for a month. There was plenty of space for all of our needs. The outdoor space was great and the backyard was private. The hottub was broken for our entire stay which was disappointing but the pool was warm and a great place to float. The neighborhood was safe and we felt comfortable allowing the kids to wander on their own. Overall, a great experience.

Family gathering

The home we rented was nothing as advertised. I issued a formal complaint with date stamped pictures showing the filthy home throughout. Pictures on website are old. Appliances are old and home is worn. I have pictures if you are interested. Global is not accommodating and I will not recommend them at all.

Great place to stay

The property was perfect for what we used it for. Quick meals around a family table and comfortable beds to fall into after a long day at the park. Everything was very clean, game room was a fun distraction. Room to spread out a little. Very nice, safe neighborhood with a guard and gate. Everything (parks, restaurants, grocery, gas, etc) was just minutes away. There was an issue with the hot tub, but a phone call to the number provided put us right in touch with a friendly rep who was concerned and sent someone right over. Our host emailed to check in and make sure the problem was solved. We find that coming to a quiet home after a busy day is much more relaxing than resort stays, so I would definately recommend this stay to anyone who feels the same way.

Super clean and spacious

We stayed 11 days at this property. It is HUGE with 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 ensuite, and 2 more upstairs. This property is super clean and well equipped. We did not use the pool or hot tub, so no help on those amenities. We brought our dog, and it worked great. There are sidewalks on both sides of the street, and a large area out the back. There was an issue with the TV & internet. Global helped as an in between with the provider, and we were back up and running in 30 minutes. This was a huge help and it did not require someone coming in the house. There is a major road behind the property, so you will hear some road noise. It was not a bother to us, but it is audible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks to all. Great communication before we arrived, and excellent documentation while there. Super fun trip.

Great house, amazing location

The house is located in a great area within quick driving range to all the areas main attractions. The property manager was amazing to communicate with an answer any questions we had. Positives:Great locationBig house so the family could spread outAll amenities available were great We utilized the community hot tub and basketball court several times.Negatives:On day 2 of our stay I was drinking coffee on the back porch and a random man just came in the backyard to treat the pool. He didn’t knock, announce himself or even introduce himself. He just walked right into the pool area where I was sitting.The upstairs stays extremely warm. Thank goodness we visited during winter, otherwise it would’ve been unbearable.The master bed downstairs desperately needs a new mattress as it’s extremely uncomfortable.The master bedroom downstairs is also facing a highway so the noise in the mornings is not pleasant.The hot tub was pretty dirty with pebbles and hair in it so we did not utilize it.The pool was freezing cold so we also did not utilize that eitherWe left 3 pairs of shorts at the house and the management company was very accommodating and is mailing them back to us.Even with the negatives listed we would still return (not in the summer due to upstairs being warm even in January) as overall the house was nice and we enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect location good customer service

This home is in a great area for accessing local amenities and the Disney parks, universal is a bit further away but easily doable! The resort was quiet and felt very safe with security at the gate at all hours. The check in process was easy. The house it’s self was a little bit more run down than we expected. It needs some modernisation. The blind in the bedroom needed to be replaced which the management company did get right on and fix within a few days. The bathroom floor tiles in the upstairs bathroom needs to be replaced as it’s cracked and broken so you can’t step on it. The walls need painting and the beds aren’t particularly comfortable. The hot tub didn’t work properly and that was not fixed before we checked out as the control panel was stuck in eco mode and they were waiting for a part. The pool deck area was pretty dirty when we got there a lot of ants etc I raised this and they sorted it within a couple of hours. This house was more than comfortable but I expected it to be a little more polished than it was, but for what we paid we were happy. I would definitely stay in another house run by Global property rental, they were so helpful from the initial booking right until departure, I can’t thank them enough!

Nice place

We had a great time! A few items about the property were: AC - AC seems to be broken. It was fine at night due to cooler temps outside, but during the day it would get as high as 88 degrees in the house. Dryer - the dryer vent tube is slit. It exhaust air into the laundry room. TVs - TVs were not hooked up to any cable or satellite. Loved the service Global provided!!! Very professional.

Christmas in Windsor Palms

We had a wonderful time enjoying the warm magic of the holidays in Windsor Palms. This spacious, per friendly home was a wonderful way to connect with our adult children who have started their own lives in other cities. It was very easy to book and check-in was completely seamless and virtual. When we had questions, the management staff was available and very responsive. The home itself had everything we needed and more. What a wonderful way to relive our past trips to Windsor Palms for Disney adventures when our kids were young.

Grateful Expectations

We rented this property for distant family members to experience Thanksgiving together. We loved the community and it’s amenities. We encountered only minor inconveniences with the rental property, i.e. faulty window blinds in one bedroom - no privacy & miscommunication regarding heating of pool for which we were refunded. Highly recommend

Spacious and great location

The location was perfect for its proximity to Disney and restaurants and shopping. We felt very safe as it was gated and manned 24 hours. The layout of the house was perfect, very comfortable with all the amenities. It’s also walking distance to the community pool. Just a few things to be aware of…. The house backs up to a major highway and the pool and master bedroom are in the back and you hear the sound of traffic constantly. The bedrooms have no curtains, only blinds so if you like to sleep past sunrise bring a sleeping mask. The game room is in the garage which is not climate controlled so we weren’t able to get much use in the August heat.

Family Vacation

The house was a home away from home. Everything you needed was provided and my family had a wonderful time. Two of the TV’s didn’t have service but that was ok because there were plenty of other TV’s along with my kids IPads. Great Stay!

Good house.

The house was clean. Everything in the description was right. Had a issue with the bed being broken when we got there but was fixed right away once they were notified. The pool heat was just right. The hot tub was fantastic. Plenty of towels to dry off with. Just wish they gave more then one extra garbage bag, and more then one washing machine packet and dishwasher machine packet.

Nice Property

The property was good. Had all the amenities, but could of provided more garbage bags and dishwasher soap. Global very responsive when we had issues with hot tub. Needs to be updated.
