We as a family love Pahrump in Nevada and are proud to be part of this wonderful loving community, a jewel in the Mojave Desert & only a 30 minutes drive to DEATH VALLEY. Loving nature the Mojave Desert, Death Valley, Ghost Towns, hiking especially in and around Death Valley brings pleasure to our family we enjoy together with loving friends. The sunsets & sunrise' in and around Pahrump, Nevada are most spectacular. Colors are breathtaking from reddish pink, a golden-amber glow & energizing intense bright yellow embracing these spectacular mountain views. Skiing & snow-boarding at nearby Mount Charleston are highlights living in the desert.
We are enthusiasts of nature & there is always time to hike, or bike on these many trails, or take these opportunities to camp, go fishing and hunting. Fascinating for every car enthusiast is the private Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club where I truly enjoyed driving in a Radical Race Car passing a Porsche with a smile.
In Nevada there are plenty of trails for Off-Road driving, ATV's, Jeeps, Mountain Bikes, Equestrian and great rock-climbing opportunities.
Pahrump offers a great place to play Golf, dining at the winery & simply enjoying a delicious steak is a culinary delight.

The home is well taken care of, tidy clean, safe with security cameras outside & completely remodeled 2024. We love to make your stay as comfortable as possible for vacationing families, groups & Workforce Crews & MINERS. Our Pahrump Vacation House#1 is a perfect base camp for your vacations & Workforce /Long Term Rental.

Our modern spacious tidy clean house has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a workstation, a spacious kitchen with essentials for cooking & baking, a breakfast bar & kitchen island. Appliances are new & the laundry room is for your convenience inside the home. The dining room is open to the spacious living room with a 55" ROKU TV to enjoy your favorite shows & sports. French doors lead from the dining room to the spacious wooden deck with outdoor furniture to enjoy relaxing sunsets in the evening after a long working day recharging for the next productive day. There is basic fitness/yoga equipment, magazines, books for the young ones & games. We are perfectly located between Death Valley National Park & Las Vegas, Nevada.
