**26 DAY MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED** This tastefully remodeled beach home is conveniently located near Tidelands Park with its beach and sports fields and The Ferry Landing offering 10 restaurants in walking distance. The spacious open downstairs lends itself to family dinners with a beautiful table inside seats 12. There’s outside dining on the peaceful patio garden with BBQ and outdoor fireplace for the evenings. The Jacuzzi and outdoor surf shower are perfect for recovering from a day spent at the beach and mature fruit trees will be ripe for picking. The upstairs features the master bedroom with shower and a quiet library space with floor to ceiling books. Other amenities include Sonos audio system, cable and internet. Of the 3 bedrooms downstairs, one has a private bathroom and two share the third bathroom. A two-car garage (with wheelchair access to the house) and two off-street parking spaces will accommodate plenty of cars for busy gatherings. This clean, easy to maintain home with xeriscaped gardens reflecting the relaxed Coronado lifestyle is waiting for you to enjoy. Pets negotiable.
