Two house are next to each other, both have fenced yard, parking spaces. Two houses have total 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extra sleeping sofa in living rooms and gourmet kitchen.

Parking: Driveway and street parking available for up to 3-4 cars in total.

5.Guests must sign a short-term rental agreement and a $300 security deposit hold which will be released 7 days after checkout if no damages reported.
6. Please share the reason for your visit when booking. The host may cancel if the stay doesn’t feel like a good fit.
