*** Peak season and spring break require a 3-night minimum. Holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Independence Day require a 4-night minimum. 2-night stays may be available during weekdays and off-peak times. ***

**This cabin is pet-friendly, but the pet fee is not included in the nightly rate. A $150 pet fee applies for up to two pets, each under 50 pounds. All pets must be approved prior to arrival, and exterior cameras are used to verify compliance.**


• GATHERING SPACE
As you step into Mountainaire, the space opens to a versatile table ideal for dining or game nights. To the left, the living area features luxurious leather couches and chairs arranged around a smart TV, creating a comfortable spot to relax. A custom arcade console is located behind the couch for added entertainment.

Two sets of double doors beckon you to the deck, offering stunning views and an open invitation to revel in the natural beauty surrounding you.

Venturing to the right of the entrance, the modern kitchen awaits with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a welcoming bar top with three additional seats. Equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, oven, and electric stovetop, this kitchen is prepared to cater to all your culinary needs. Conveniently located off the kitchen is a half bath, adding to the thoughtful layout of the cabin.

Ascending to the upstairs loft, you'll discover a haven of relaxation with plush lounge chairs, providing a tranquil space to unwind and soak in the peace of Mountainaire.

• BEDROOMS: SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
This cabin features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1private king suite with an attached bathroom downstairs, 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom that share a full bathroom upstairs. Comfortably sleeps 6 guests in beds. All beds feature premium linens and high-quality mattresses.

Descending to the lower level of Mountainaire reveals the master suite, a sanctuary of privacy and comfort. This serene bedroom boasts a king bed and private access to the deck, allowing for quiet moments in the great outdoors. The en-suite bathroom enhances the luxury with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and an oversized soaking tub, offering a spa-like retreat within your own quarters.

A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guest may need to bring additional supplies.
