Place was spot on. Very clean and unique and very comfortable. Hope to go back when weather is cooler and enjoy the cozy seating area in front of fireplace.

This cottage is a gem! I wanted a quiet getaway and this was perfect. Beautifully decorated and all the comforts I needed while maintaining the rustic charm. I highly recommend this cottage!

The house was interesting. My wife and I are over 70 so we did not use the bed in the loft.

Hello David, and yes, I can understand not using the bedroom in the loft. As stated in our listing, we have a loft bedroom with a ladder and we provide plenty of photos. We provide a trundle bed on the main level for convenience.

Such a unique and charming place to stay! Decor was perfect and the coffee bar very much appreciated. I saw all the reviews of 10 and never really read too many details so the large bed being in the loft caught me off guard but that's on me. It was perfectly appointed with lots of personal touches. Super comfy sofa and the perfect sitting area to read.

It was a beautiful property, very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.On the down side, the snacks that were left for guests to eat were all out of date, and we were awakened in the middle of the night by a very precocious mouse that really enjoyed making noise. Bathtub was VERY small, and the shower curtains made it hard to take a shower and not get water all over the floor.Overall, we would stay there again. Host was timely in sending responses to questions.

The cabin is exactly as it’s shown in the description. Everything was clean and the cabin well appointed. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. The cabin was quiet at night. Very restful. The owners were friendly and available if needed. There is plenty to do in the area and lots of places for dining.

We are Danny and Whitney Zebec. We moved to Port Deposit about a year ago. We were looking for nature & acreage. We are a blended family, and we have five children total. Our oldest is 31 and our youngest is 8. We have two grand babies on the way. We have an English bulldog; her name is Yeti. You will see her when you come to stay. The River Cottage is on the property, and it offers a lovely view with plenty of peace and serenity and nature. We hope you will enjoy your stay, and we look forward to hosting you.
