It was a great place to stay for 2 adult, 2 children family. Not too far from Disney. Close to grocery stores and a wide variety of restaurants.

This place was fantastic! Close to everything- food, shopping and Disney! It was pretty clean. The mattresses were not great and several outlets upstairs did not work. Normal wear and tear for a VRBO, I fear. Would definitely recommend though!

Great stay

Exceptionally clean! Listing was accurate. Whole family/ kids loved it. Stayed for Disney and saved so much money over staying on property. We had so much room and were extremely comfortable. Would recommend and would book again!

Picture perfect place to stay if visiting Disney and surrounding areas. The property is clean well maintained and has plenty of space. Five stars easily.

Pre visit emails kept asking for the same information without acknowledging when they received the information. List of guests was requested multiple times for the key card. No key cards were ever provided. Worst thing was not bothering to supply us with a gate code to access the property. Every other place we've stayed at bent over backwards to make sure our stay went well. Blaming the HOA for not providing them with the code is NOT acceptable. Knowing you have paid guests arriving, you should be making sure they give you the code and give it to us or have someone there to meet us and let us in.. The place itself looked nice but was not as user friendly as we are used too. No place to hang towels in bathroom, cheapest toilet paper with no extra. Smelly scratchy towels. No laundry basket. Laundry room hard to use. How are you expected to get wet clothes out of washer and into dryer when only one of them is accessible with the sliding doors. No instructions where the trash dumpster is located. Trash can works poorly. Nice large kitchen sink but no sprayer on faucet. Thermastat being located upstairs is very inconvenient. Furniture in the loft was very uncomfortable.

You are entirely correct: ensuring a seamless arrival is our responsibility, and blaming the HOA for technical delays is not the standard of service we aim to provide. Please be assured that we have taken immediate and strict measures with our management and support teams following your stay. We have completely restructured our pre-check-in automated messaging to prevent repetitive requests and, most importantly, we implemented a double-verification protocol to ensure gate codes and access methods are active and delivered to guests well before arrival. Inside the home, we have also addressed your notes by adding extra towels hooks, upgrading our supply kits, updating our house manual with clear trash disposal instructions, and adjusting the laundry room door alignment for easier access. We deeply regret that we fell short during your trip, and we are using your detailed insights to ensure this never happens to future travelers.
