The condo has an open concept that connects the living area, dining area and kitchen. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and bathroom two has a shower. The master bedroom and living room have access to the screened front porch. Each TV is equipped with a Roku.

Amenities are just across the parking lot for you to enjoy. Take a dip in the heated community pool or take advantage of the tennis and shuffleboard courts and community clubhouse for plenty of activities and special events.

The complex is located close to several beaches on Manasota Key or Boca Grande as well as shopping and restaurants, historic Dearborn Street, numerous golf courses, fishing and boating and two major league baseball spring training stadiums.
