The home has just completed a full renovation to ensure an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Updates included new flooring, windows, living room furniture, closets, a redesigned upstairs balcony, fresh paint throughout, a fully redone pool, upgraded driveway and gates, a fully renovated upstairs bathroom, a new dining set and sofa, full length mirrors throughout, improved electrical work, roof repairs, and enhanced WiFi in the back rooms.

All previous maintenance issues mentioned in older reviews have been fixed, so the property now feels fresh, modern, and better than ever.

The villa is in the upscale residential Malmok area directly on the seafront.

Car rental is easy and inexpensive; we can happily advise you on rental companies or taxi services.

The villa gate is accessed via a key lock. We will provide you with keys during your check in.

The entire space is yours, there are no shared amenities and you can enjoy your stay in complete privacy. So relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

[Dedicated concierge] Unlike most listings - Bocobay properties ensure you have an on the ground concierge to:

1) meet you at the property and ensure everything runs smoothly,
2) swap your dirty beach and bath towels complimentary so you don’t have to spend time washing and drying towels,
3) dedicated point of contact should you need anything such as a taxi, questions answered or a reservation made!

[Cleaning] Health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, each home is professionally deep-cleaned and prepared before you arrive and after you depart.

[Check-in/out] Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out is 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply.

[Meet & Greet] You will be welcomed at the home upon your arrival and helped to settle in.

[Wi-Fi & TV] Complementary fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There are smart TVs in the living area and all the bedrooms.

[All taxes and utilities are included] When comparing rentals please check for these, as many other properties will not include these costs in their prices.
