When not at the beach or enjoying the pool area, over-sized TVs are found in the two separate living areas, with Smart TVs also in the four king bedrooms.

Over 3400 sf means lots of room for extended families. Upstairs, the large, open-house plan includes a living room with over-sized couches and a 75-inch HDTV; dining for twelve; a well-equipped kitchen, with Viking 48" gas dual-fuel, six-burner range with double ovens, French-door refrigerator and farm sink. As the Reviews attest, the home includes additional seating and eating areas on both levels for a total open living area of over 1200 sf. The expansive balcony provides outdoor easy living, whether watching the dolphins or the kids playing on the beach or in the Gulf. Four bedrooms have king-size beds, with three having private bathroom access, for a total of four baths inside the house and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The ground-level living area has a morning kitchen with an additional full-size refrigerator with ice-maker, as well as, another generous sitting and dining area. Bedrooms in this area include one with a king-size bed and the other, a children's bunk room, with two bunk-beds. The fourth bath is also located on this level with a large walk-in shower.

Breathe Easy's private pool, with water-fall and extensive sunning area, includes multiple chaise lounges for sun-bathing or relaxing. The pool is surrounded by dozens of palms and other tropical vegetation, creating a unique, very private atmosphere. (Pool heated for a fee of $450 when outside temperature amenable, with maximum pool heat at 85 degrees.) Breathe Easy encourages Guests to grill by the pool, with two large dining tables with chairs (comfortable for twelve) and both a Weber gas grill and another park-style charcoal grill, also in the pool area. The ground-level beachfront patio provides additional ocean-side lounging and eating areas. Both the outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) and fish cleaning area are optimally located near the beach.
