Our comfortable apartment is located in one of the best areas in Palermo where embassies and consulates stay. It is in front of Palermo´s parks.

670 sq. ft., full equipped, 1 bedroom with several modern wardrobes, living room very well decorated, wide window with Palermo´s parks view.

Leasehold improvements, refurbished made recently. High quality appliances: BOSCH, SMEG. Coffee maker Nespresso(Lattissima).
Wi-fi high velocity. Smart TV Sony in living room and bedroom.

Swimming pool and solarium on the rooftop are available during summer. Security available 24 hours. Parking could be available to rent on the building, but need to be arranged before your arrival.

It is located near main attractions and neighborhoods to visit in Buenos Aires, just walking or through the transportation available in the area(bus, taxi, subway).

Paseo Alcorta Shopping Center is at only 3 blocks. You may also want to visit Patio Bullrich or Alto Palermo Shopping Center at only 15 minutes walking.

Polo´s court is just at 15 blocks.

Palermo´s parks: start in front of the building just crossing the street and you have several running and bike circuits or simply to walk and take beautiful pictures. Amazing Landscapes with lakes, forest. Roses garden and Japanese Garden are one of the main attractions, and also you will find a Golf Club inside it.
