Please note: To ensure the best experience for our guests, certain amenities and services may incur modest additional charges. We strive to keep these costs minimal and transparent:

* Late Check-out if Available: $50;
* Pet Fees: $150 per Pet, 3 Pet Max;
Policy Notice: Bringing any undisclosed, unapproved, or unauthorized pets onto the property is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in an immediate fine of $500, charged without exception.
* Pool Heating Fee: $35 per night;
Please note that due to the limitations of the electric pool heater, the pool temperature can only be increased by 15-20 degrees Fahrenheit above the coldest outdoor temperature of the day. For example, if the coldest temperature of the day is 50°F, the maximum pool temperature will be approximately 65-70°F. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
IMPORTANT: The pool temperature cannot be adjusted during your stay in case you change your mind.

* We kindly ask that our guests take care of the property during their stay. If additional cleaning is required beyond our standard service, an extra cleaning fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy;
* This property does not offer a functional fireplace as an amenity due to safety considerations, as it poses a potential fire hazard.
