Check in and check out was so easy. The cottage was adorable and perfect for me. It was definitely off the beaten path, but I enjoyed the privacy. Loved having the washer and dryer in the cottage-it was extremely convenient. Communication with the host was so easy from the very beginning to the very end. Very happy overall with my experience.

This rental was perfect for my stay, check in was easy, place was clean and neatly organized, was very quiet, entrance gate could use some attention. It wasn't hard to find after reading other reviews. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

The location of the building made it difficult to feel like we were actually on vacation. I contacted the host a week before our stay and again on the day of check-in but never received a response. The property itself also needs significant attention—the front grounds looked neglected and run-down, there was an entire plant growing into the living room from outside, and the shower was visibly dirty. Overall, the condition of the property and lack of communication were very disappointing.

Cute place, close to everything. Needs lights on the outside because the walk to the house is very dark and a weird enterance with having to walk between homes.

Cute cottage. Go down alleyway with trash cans next to Primos hoagies and it’s the cute lil house behind it. Decor was beach and it was clean. Only downfall was there was no AC in the bedroom. Other than that cute spot close to beach

It was fine inside. The images in the profile are not accurate as this location is surrounded by buildings all the way around. There is only one house door in and out. The yard could use some sprucing up. It wasn’t expected to have to walk past two dumpsters and two mice traps to get to the property down an alley.

Bungalow was in good condition and clean upon arrived. Its very small. No outdoor seating area. Glad we brought our own chairs. States dog friendly, however the gate was broken and my 55lb dog could fit through the missing pieces. The location is poor. When we arrived at the address, my husband had to get out of the vehicle and walk around just to find the place because it behind multiple other garages and businesses. Had to walk past trash contrainers filled with beer cans to find the place. Overall the Bungalow itself was nice, however we will not be returning or recommending

Clean and furnished space with air conditioning. Location was walking distance to closest beach or a 3 minute drive. Parking can be tricky but there were also many shops and restaurants just walking distance. Pet friendly with yard. Host was awesome and quick with communication. The check in and check out was a breeze!

At first, we couldn’t find the place but then when we did other people didn’t even know that the property was there, but it was a plus for us because we like privacy and we have two small dogs so it was safe for us to come and go and be able to leave our dogs behind for brief moments at a time. The yard can use a little sprucing up, but overall everything was clean organized. There was a small ant issue under the sofas, but I was able to actually pick it up and sweep under the sofa but other than that everything was great. It could definitely use another window unit, but once we found the fan, it just worked fine overall I gave it a five out of five.
