First of all Welcome to my place. Cihangir is the most elite, nice street in Taksim Beyoğlu area. The Neighbourhood is 24 hours lively and safe.
The apartment is centrally located famous area of istanbul. Walking distance to all public transportion and Taksim Square. Antique shops, galleries, street cafes, bars around.
This Stunning Bosphorus Bridge View Flat has Fiber, fast Internet and very suitable if you are working remotely.
The 1+1 (45m2) flat has a boiler with 24/7 hot water and heating.
The Neighbourhood is 24 hours lively and safe. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, hospital, pharmacy, taxi stop are near by my place. The location is quite central in Taksim, Beyoglu area. You can reach every famous and touristic Place in lstanbul easily with public transportation 7/24.

The flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no Lift..
The apartment is very close museums and art galleries. By walking 5 minutes to Taksim square, lstiklal Street, Galata Port. 5 minutes to main metro station, 6 minutes Tram ( which passes Galata Bridge, Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Grand bazaar ). 10 minutes to Ferry ( which goes to Asian Side, Bosphorus and Princess lsland.
Fiber, fast Internet ( Wifi and data cable ) and this amazing Bosphorus Bridge flat is quite suitable if you are working remotely.
There is a double bed ( 150*200 ) in the bedroom and L Sofa ( it can be a double bed ) in the living room. We have a cleaning lady if you like to clean to the house time to time if you are going to stay for a long time period.
The house is very suitable for a Couple or Couple and one kid/person.
Air condition in the living room and ceiling fan in the bedroom for the hot summer days.
Washing machine and clothes dryer, dish washer, toast maker, Tchibo coffee maker, Fakir Turkish Coffee maker, teapot. All kitchen tools. SMART TV 32 İnc ( include free Netflix account ). LG Sound Docking 24 Hours hot water, bathrobe, towels, spare pillows and blankets, iron, hair dryer
