About this space
This lovely apartment is located in the heart of Berlin, NH able to walk to town and is on the northern side of Mount Washington and the Presidential Range just south of the Great North Woods. Enjoy 4 season activities from Berlin: ATVing, snowmobiling, hiking, skiing, and moose viewing. We are 50 minutes from Sunday River, 45 minutes from Brentton Woods, and 30 minutes from Santa's Village.
The space
This apartment is part of an historical building in Berlin. The entrance opens to the living room which can also be turned into a dining room with the use of a drop leaf table. The kitchen has a table for two, it's also the place you can cook in or bring home food to warm up. The two bedrooms have queen beds. The second bedroom also contains a daybed which turns into a king sized bed. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath tub with shower. The decor has a New Hampshire theme and there are views of the mountains out of the front window. This is a great base for activities in the great outdoors.

Parking for snowmobiles and ATV is available on the property.
ATV's may be driven to and from the apartment and to the trails.
