The apartment is located in a historic building near the Old Town, the National Theatre, and other tourist attractions. Its location is excellent, only 100 meters away from the Ratusz Arsenal metro station and bus and tram stops. The flat has a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 200 x 160 cm, while the living room comes with a sofa bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. The kitchenette has an electric cooker, a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and other kitchen utensils for your convenience.
Guests have at their disposal, a 50-inch TV set with Google TV, Netflix, WIFI, and utensils for a comfortable stay: ironing board, iron, towels, soap, shampoo, bed linen, and coffee.
There is a Carrefour shop next to the building. Cafes, pubs, and restaurants are around the building.
Guests can use the whole apartment. Before their arrival, guests are given a code for the electronic lock for the door and the code for the gate in the building.
Parking spaces are in the streets around the building. It is a paid parking zone. Fees are from Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm.
200 meters from the building there is an electric car charging station.
