Great time at The Reef Indian Rocks Beach

Our stay at Indian Rocks Beach, The Reef was Awesome! 3Bedroom was Directly on the Beach and Sunsets are out of this world from the Balcony. Awesome kid friendly resort at a very affordable price. Love the steps leading from our balcony right to the Pool and beach. Kitchen stocked with every thing to make cooking easy. Very comfortable beds. After many stays up and down the beach from St. Pete to Clearwater, this is my new Go To vacation retreat! Than you I -Trip for the excellent communication from booking till home! We will definitely be back! PS: Walk down to Kooky Coconut for the best takeout lunch or dinner ever!

Reef club 108

We had a pretty good stay. Condo was a little messy upon arrival crumbs on counter and on top of fridge. Also food left in fridge from previous guests. There was also pancakes in a bowl that we found in a cabinet when getting dishes down that were at least a week old ( as we did not have pancakes). Toothpaste left in sink from previous guests… Got up early on the day we left (sun was not up yet) flipped on the light in kitchen and saw a cockroach that was big enough to carry off a small child! The place itself didn’t seem dirty dirty so I’m unsure if this was just one that came in when doors were open? Pool hours are very strict every night closes at 10. Which is normal but most places I’ve stayed are very relaxed on this policy as long as you’re not partying down there. Upsides… very close to the beach Beautiful views Many restaurants within short walking distance Condo does have kuerig machine and a really nice blender. We had plenty of towels and washcloths There are extra beach chairs in the closet under condo Nick and Kirk both great guys very friendly and informative (property managers?)

Great family spot

The condo was very clean and done on time. Loved having the steps off deck to go right to pool & beach. Pool was very crowded while there but the beach is what we go for. One of the twin beds is a little wobbly but all others were good. Blinds in front windows don’t block out much morning sun so be prepared! We threw a sheet over them. Overall, the condo was kept up, very roomy for our family of 6 and in a great area easy to access all activities and restaurants. Side note, cute coffee shop right down from condo that was very good and cozy! (Grove) Hope to be back next year!

Great Vacation Spot

This Condo was a great spot to stay because of it being on the beach, oceanfront and in walking distance to everything. The Condo needs some updating but it was sufficient enough and we didn't see any bugs. Take your own beach chairs.

Decent accommodations right on the beach

The condo was the perfect space for our family of 5. The only complaint we had was the furniture was very dated. The dresser drawers in two of the bedrooms were broken and the front door didn’t latch. But overall we had a great stay!

108 Reef

The property was great for our stay, really nice having the spiral staircase to courtyard and pool. Could have used a few more bath towels for 7 of us but we did okay having a washer/dryer in unit. A bit older furniture but nothing that took away from the great time that we had. The beach was great and the under building parking was a plus. Would stay again.

Great place with room to improve

The cleanliness has been neglected for a while. Dust/dirt accumulation was especially obvious on light fixtures above the dining room table. The glass door has mold between the panes and it was obvious in the light. The table was broken and chair cushion material was coming off all over. Management was responsive and made the table useable. They offered to have the unit cleaned but I refused to avoid interruption on our stay. I assume the cleaning will be addressed so i wouldnt be afraid to stay again. Unit is planned for update and that should address other concerns not mentioned.

Needs Attention

We arrived to the property to find that the condo had not been cleaned properly. After a 13 hour drive we had to come straight in and wash bed linens. There was mold in the bathrooms, hair clogging the drains, rat poop in the cabinets with the dishes, the fridge hadn't been cleaned at all, Cockroaches under the cabinets and behind the beds, the kitchen table was broken and 2 chairs was unfit to sit in and the bed linens was stained (with blood). We called to report it on Saturday when we arrived. The lady was nice and we was told they would send cleaners and an inspector out the next morning. Well needless to say by Tuesday we decided to clean the entire condo ourselves because of the filth. So we had to take a whole day from our vacation to clean. Then on Friday we began to pack up and the cockroaches had made their way into our personal belongings. All around the worst place I have ever stayed!

Always a good time at Reef Club

We have stayed at Reef Club for 13 years now and used Itrip for the past several years. Always easy to book and very helpful when something goes wrong. They are quick to respond and I find them very nice. We love Reef Club because of the ease to the beach and pool. We cook out on the grill and also play a little tennis. Very family friendly. If you are looking for family time come here. Not great for romance as it is very loud and lots of children which is why we choose it for our family vacation. We are locals and love the convenience of staying close to home.

Girls trip

The grounds, pool, and green space were very nice. The turf area was outstanding! Thank you Kirk! The condo needed updating. The dining room chairs were in need of repair and recovering. Lots of garbage under beds. The knobs were off the dresser, the wallpaper was peeling in the bedroom, missing couch cushions, the dryer was rusty on the outside and noisy. There were cobwebs in one of the bedrooms, dining room light bulbs were out, door from master bedroom to deck did not open.

Nice stay

When we 1st arrived we noticed several of the back cushions on the couch were missing and there was a screw sticking up through dining room table. I sent an email and almost immediately received a response. The next morning someone showed up with several pillows for the couch and the screw was cut down so was flush with the table. We then noticed that the hot water was running out quickly. I was concerned since now it was Friday, but a plumber was at our unit quickly and a part was replaced. We had no other issues. I was very pleased with the response from the property manager!! The unit has not been updated in a while but this is reflected in the rental cost so I was OK with that!

108 Reef Club

This is our second stay at the Reef Club, and we once again had a great time. We chose unit 108 because it had the outside spiral stairs down to the pool area which was the number one request from our kids. This unit is obviously in need of renovation, so we were not surprised by little things like old furniture with knobs missing or old chairs with vinyl cushions shedding. However, we were disappointed that it was not cleaner when we arrived. Two bedrooms had cobwebs in the ceiling corners, shelves were not dusted, and there were crumbs in the cushions of the couch. The dining room table was visibly broken and should have been repaired before we arrived. That being said, the personnel we dealt with to get it repaired were quick to respond which we appreciated. The pool area was very well maintained, and we loved that the spa was always clean and hot. Overall, we once again enjoyed our stay.

Filthy and disgusting.

This property should not be available for rental. We have stayed at the Reef club five or six times in different units prior to this trip and have never experienced this.This unit at Reef Club 108 is dirty, Roaches, layers of dust on everything , dirty carpet, broken and non functioning doors, no fire extinguishers, the egress door from the master bedroom won’t open and the furnace/AC unit is caked with dirt and dust and the filter is black, there is mold in both showers. The dining room table and two chairs were broken, we had to eat every meal on the balcony, which was just as dirty as inside. I contacted iTrips to be moved or refunded in order to vacate this unit, spoke to three people, all they would do was send someone to clean. It would take months to clean this unit. I have used VRBO several times and have never had to deal with ITrips, don’t know what the affiliation is between VRBO and ITrips. I assumed that your company would not allow something like this to happen and if so, take care of your customer. Obviously, I was wrong. I wasn’t asking for anything more than what I paid for and if this is the way you run your company, I might have to look elsewhere. I have pictures to prove what I’m saying is true, and had a property manager from the Reef Club walk through and look at everything

You get what you pay for

Out dated condo that we found had quite a bit of damage to when we got there. Chairs reported broken previously were never fixed. Lights that didn't work, very old furniture and some appliances. Cockroach in the kitchen cabinet. The price reflects the age and lack of tlc to the unit. We will go back to IRB but will not stay in this unit

Condo needs improvement

The location was great as was the view from balcony. However, we found the sheets stained, hair on shower walls, cockroaches in one bedroom. The furniture in poor repair, dining room chairs were broken and wobbly, dining room table was broken, couch has tears in it, spare bedroom has wallpaper ripped off the wall, carpeting was very dirty. The Reef Club is nice with private pool and hot tub, with easy access to the beach. Parking was good also, right under condo.
