High Point South 4C is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach front condo with a fabulous ocean view!  Enjoy our sandy beach that stretches for miles for relaxing strolls along the surf!  A beach front pool to enjoy all the fun in the sun. Catch the beautiful sunrise from your king size bed, you may never want to leave the master bedroom!  Large private double balcony where you can relax and dream while you rest in the ocean breeze and the sound of waves crashing.  Come savor the sounds of the ocean while enjoying your morning coffee on our oceanfront balcony at sunrise.

Large Oceanfront master bedroom with King bed and private bath awaits you here on the 4th floor.  Bedroom 2 offers two Queen beds.  A Queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room with Oceanfront wake up views & memory mattress. The living room and each bedroom have mounted flat screen TV's.  

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed for preparing family meals while on vacation. Beach toys and board games are available for the little ones to enjoy during your stay. Just bring your beach chair, towel, and your favorite book. We are waiting for you at High Point South 4C! 

Nearby attractions include Northside Park, Fox Movies, The Green Turtle, Ice Rink, Gold Coast Mall, & Indoor/Outdoor Mini Golf.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals under the age of 25.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  ID is required at check-in.

This condo is in the perfect location. Conveniently located within walking distance to anything and everything you could possibly need. My family and I will definitely being staying here again.

We loved facing the ocean- falling asleep to waves crashing and waking up to sun over the ocean with coffee. The unit was very clean & the property manager was extremely quick to respond with any concerns and take care of things right away. We would definitely come back and enjoyed our stay!

Loved the Balcony

Loved the balcony with the beautiful view! Prompt service when we had an a/c problem. The condo is a bit older but very comfortable and provided everything we needed to have a great week at the beach!

Great views

Very comfortable stay. Bed was great. Condo had everything we needed awesome location. Easy parking Absolutely no complaints. Only suggestion we have is to have high top chairs to see over the balcony railing. Thanks so much. We plan on coming back

Excellent Condo and Location

The condo was perfect. The view was amazing. Listening to the ocean every day was cathartic. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a nice meal. The fridge is a full size with an ice maker. The dishwasher was fine. The linen package was a very nice touch.
