Fully furnished luxury condo across from the 6th green and 4th tee box with stunning views of the golf course and river. Relax in this spacious 1825 sf 3 bedroom 21/2  bath home. Amenities include  “smart” flat screen tv’s (easy login to your streaming services like Netflix and Hulu), air conditioning, granite counter tops, gas BBQ, fire pit, patio furniture, washer/dryer, complete set of towels & bedding, dishes, glasses, Keurig/Nespresso Coffee, and cooking/eating utensils. The large master bedroom upstairs has a deck overlooking the breathtaking Columbia river. Located just inside the Canyon gated entrance, you are steps away from the large Canyon pool and hot tub. Enjoy a 5 minute walk to the Sunfire Grill and coffee/ice cream shop.  Local activities include golf (2 courses), water sports, boat, wave runner, and paddleboard rentals.

Sunserra is a very exclusive, private resort with great views of the Columbia River. They have their own 9 hole par 3 golf course, convenience store, restaurant, and ice cream/coffee shop. The resort has several pools and hot tubs with all of them for you use while staying with us. We also have pickleball/tennis/basketball courts and a gym.
