Two bedroom, sleeps four to five people, fifth person additional $100 per night. Split air conditioners, Newly remodeled, pitched ceilings with fans, 2 remote sky windows. New outdoor cedar enclosed shower. Occasional furniture in front of the house. Close to bay and ocean .
5 minute ride to the ocean side. Access to four different beaches. Close to Light house, Truro Vineyards, (2 Minutes) restaurant's, entertainment, art galleries, fishing, whale and seal watching, and historic tours.

This cottage was the perfect stay! Quiet, quaint beautiful Cape house. Great location for beaches and getting to P-town. Beautiful renovated back deck to sit and enjoy morning coffee. I had no issues with my stay. Cheryl was very clear in her directions and easy instructions, I would love to stay again!

September Stay

It was my first time staying at Cheryl's cottage and it was great. Very clean and organized and in a great location, very quiet. There is a beach up the street that was beautiful. I will surely stay again.

Cute cottage

This little cottage was the perfect size for us and just the right location. We could walk for coffee or icecream and walk to Great Hollow beach. Lovely.

Cute and Cozy

This cottage was perfect for our annual girls trip! Very cute and cozy inside with plenty of outdoor space. It was about 15 minute drive to Provincetown. Cheryl was very great about communicating and giving all the information you needed! I would absolutely book here again!

Hidden gem

This property was absolutely amazing. My granddaughters have never been to Cape Cod so I thought we would take an extra long weekend and explore. The cottage was very clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well and the kitchen had everything one could need. The exterior was surrounded by gardens and there were lovely flower boxes hanging below each window. The cottage was located near several beaches, Providence Town, hiking paths, and lighthouses to name a few. Communication with the property owner was exceptional and started from the get go. I highly recommend this property and if I plan another trip to the Cape, this would be my first choice.

Cozy Cottage

Very cozy cottage tastefully decorated with a beach theme throughout. A short drive to many fantastic local beaches and restaurants, both on the bay and ocean side. Delicious coffee, pastries and ice cream were a short walk away at Savory & the Sweet Escape, highly recommended. Prompt communication with the owner Cheryl before, during and after our stay was greatly appreciated. Two thumbs up! Mike & Annie

Great week away

This location and property were just what our family needed for a week away to the cape. The cottage had everything we needed and we loved having the pool for the days we didn't feel like packing up and hauling the kids to the beach. We also enjoyed the pizza/ice cream place just around the corner. It was a nice place for the kids to walk to after a long day at the beach or for an after dinner treat. The location was perfect, just a short ride to P-town and the Truro beaches are not as other beaches tend to be on the cape. The place was clean and Cheryl got back to us right away when we had questions. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

Charming Cottage, Perfect Location

My family of four just enjoyed 5 days at Cheryl's cottage. Just right in size, amenities, and relaxed feel. All you need in the kitchen so you don't have to go out to eat all the time. Nice patio to enjoy the pine and rose smell from the nice yard. Loved the hammock! The location can't be beat. Easy to get to multiple beaches: can walk or bike to Great Hollow for sunset, our favorite for spending the day was Herring Cove, a short 10 min drive. Walk to coffee/ice cream/pizza. Safe for running and good biking. Away from the big crowds in central Cape. Thank you for the wonderful beach getaway Cheryl!

I hate to share this fabulous Cape Cottage: I’m afraid it will become too popular!

Cute, adorable, clean, classic but updated Cape Cottage. Great for a Long weekend getaway or extended stay. Perfect for family vacations. The outdoor shower is such a gift! Cheryl has done an outstanding job of recently renovating this adorable cottage and it feels much larger than it actually is! Nice patio and front terrace areas for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. You can walk to Savory Sweet for morning coffee & pastries or yummy pizza for dinner. Get the pizza to go & have dinner on Great Hollow Beach which is just a half mile down the road. Close to all the Truro beaches; Wellfleet & PTown are a short 10 miles away. Conveniently off Route 6. Cheryl is so delightful & helpful but not at all intrusive. We are hoping to go back again this fall and will definitely be back next summer and for a longer stay. Just don’t tell to many people about this gem!

Cottage is adorable and furnished and decorated nicely. Location is great for access to Provincetown and beaches and Race Point national park. Note that sheets and towels are not provided. Note on this is hard to find in listing. Recommend owner invest in new mattresses.

Wonderful cottage close to the beach!

Perfect! My husband and I stayed for several days for our anniversary and this was the perfect getaway! The cottage is super cute and cozy, newly renovated, and it’s very apparent that the owners take great pride in their property. Everything was clean and neat, had everything we needed, wonderful accommodations all-around. We were able to walk down a short road to great hollow beach which was awesome! Short drive into Ptown and Wellfleet. Even in the off-season there is so much to do! Would 100% recommend staying here! Can’t wait to come back!

Mini-moon!

We loved this cottage! It is very close to the main road for easy access, but still feels nicely tucked away and off the beaten path. The owner was communicative and friendly and helpful! We got takeout from Montano's (YUM homemade papardelle) and we enjoyed happy hour outdoors at the Truro Vineyard. What a sweet spot!!

Cute cottage, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the June Rose cottage! The location is perfect to reach multiple beaches and PTown and the cottage is exactly as advertised and very comfortable. We particularly loved the outside shower and Cheryl was very prompt, informative and nice to work with. Our only down side was on checkout day the cleaners showed up at 10:30am - we thought checkout was at 11:30am and had gone swimming at the beach before packing so we raced around to pack up and depart by 11am while they waited in the car. It was an unexpected end to a completely wonderful get away!

Beautiful cabin!

This beautiful cabin has been meticulously cared for and it's clear that the owner, Cheryl, takes such pride and joy in this home and sharing it with others. Communication leading up to our arrival with community, local updates (restaurants, shops), etc was incredibly helpful and she responded very quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming Cottage

Very decorative, Cape Cod cottage with central A/C, which was a big plus. Loved the outdoor shower. Heard road traffic but with the windows closed, it was not heard. Great location to Truro & P-town activities & beaches.

Adorable Getaway

The cottage was adorable. Ample space for up to four people. It was in a great location... Quiet yet close to everything... Short drive to beaches and Provincetown. There is also a pool - as this is a very small condo/cottage community. However, it was not open while we were there. For those with cat allergies, please be aware that although pets aren't allowed, it seems that the owner has a cat. There are cat scratching pads and toys throughout the cottage. I think that this is important to note as I have family members that are severely allergic and understand the potential problem this could be. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, if you are looking to get away ...with a nice cool breeze at night to carry you into a peaceful slumber.

Nice Cottage

The check in process was a disaster, we arrived after dark around 9pm and could not get in. Definitely a stressful situation for about 45 minutes. After a visit to the neighbors and several calls/emails, we were able to get the situation resolved. I also think this is resolved going forward, and will not be repeated. The listing also mentioned a private pool. There is a pool in the group of cottages, however it was closed for repair. An arrangement was made with some hotel several miles away, however we never visited that facility. This needs to be noted in the listing going forward, it is somewhat misleading. The cottage was well equipped and clean, we were pleased with it overall.

Loved it

We very much enjoyed staying in Cheryl’s Cape cottage. The cottage was clean, cozy, and very quiet at night. The decor was beachy and relaxed. We loved that there was a beach right at the end of the the road. We could walk there, which was wonderful. We enjoyed the watching the sunset while sitting on the beach, and we all had fun exploring the sand bars which magically appeared at low tide. There’s lots of stuff to do in and around Truro, so we weren’t bored at all. Would definitely stay at this cottage again!

The perfect place to relax and unwind!

We found this adorable cottage when looking to get away from all the stress of the current pandemic. Cheryl was easy to converse with and her responses were very timely. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. Two great spots outside for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Easy access to route 6 and all the beautiful beaches this area has to offer. If your looking to get away and enjoy some R&R, consider staying at Cheryl’s cottage. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been going up to the Cape for 65 years. When I bought this cottage I knew it was the one, That old Cape Cod Charm. I have done lots of renovations, including: NEW KITCHEN ship lap ceilings, sky windows WITH REMOTE, Split air conditioner, We have a Pickle Ball and Tennis court! If you like Provincetown it is a short walk to a shuttle that will take you there. There are great bike paths along the beach that are breath taking. The History Tours are great as well as the dune buggy rides and wonderful unique shops near by. I know you will love it too. New furniture of high quality and recently had floor refinished. I keep the cottage very clean for the renters. I maintain it for renters as I would maintain it for family.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I fell in love with the cozy Cape Cod charm, the back yard , font yard patio with cottage garden, deck and the relaxation of the hammock or just sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee. The cottage is surrounded by roses, hydrangeas and a beautiful setting. The nice wicker casual seating in the front of the home is a great place to relax at the end of a day of swimming and fun. The cottage is filled with coastal decor and has new drapes with wild birds! New table lamp has 4 sand pipers and burlap shade. Recently, I remodeled my kitchen with new baby blue cabinets, new back splash and granite counter tops. (need to get there to take pictures) Working on new bead board in bathroom. New Deck with cedar outside shower with waterfall shower head. New split air conditioner, remodeled bedrooms and 2 remote sky windows.
