Los Suenos 3 vacation rentals

My wife and I just finished a 1 month stay (February 10 - March 10 2018) in Casa Ela #1 and we were very pleased with the home. It was just as advertised and then some. The kitchen (I cook a lot) was well provisioned with that's needed. The A/C worked great as well as all other appliances. The TV is a smart TV so if you have Netflix you can access that. We barbecued outdoors on the patio many times and enjoyed our time at the pool every afternoon when returning from the beach. The location is ideal as its just about a 12 minute walk to the beach and the town center. Tamarindo is a ideal choice as it has so much to offer and the homes location puts you close enough to be able to walk to everything, beach, shopping and dining. The Thursday night market is 3 minutes away while the Saturday market is a 12 minute walk and there are 2 grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. Many great restaurants are available within walking distance and our favorite, Dragonfly, is a 5 minute walk and there is a great pizza restaurant, La Esquina, about a 3 minute walk away. Those looking for a gym have one right where the Thursday market is held so its about a 3 minute walk. While a car may be nice to have if you don't mind walking a car is not required, everything is that close. The other great feature of the house is that the agent, Jennifer, lives in 1 of the 4 houses that share the common grounds. She is most accommodating and helpful with suggestions or if in the unlikely event you have an issue. The property is gated and has a night time guard although we always felt extremely safe there or walking anywhere in the evening. We have no reservations highly recommending this property except for the fact we don't want competition as we will be returning every year.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and had most things. Bring your own hairdryer and buy your own paper products and garbage bags when you get there. We are early risers and the wifi didn’t come on until 545-6 so that was a bummer at times.

We stayed a month and really lucked out in finding this place for are home base. This was are first time in Costa Rica and believe me one month was too short. We enjoyed the condo for it's locaition and cleanliness we will most definitely return.
