- Local Climate: Miami is a warm, humid city. While we treat the interior and exterior of the property monthly to keep pest out, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of insects.
-- Neighborhood: This apartment is located in a residential area where roosters are common. They may make noise, particularly in the early morning hours. This is outside of our control and part of the local environment. By booking, guests acknowledge this possibility.
- Laundry: A shared, coin-operated washer and dryer are located at the rear of the building for guest use. If any issues arise, a technician will be dispatched at their earliest availability.
- Water filer: Our equipped kitchen includes a water filter for your daily use.
