This open concept cottage welcomes you with a warm tongue and groove pine interior. The galley style kitchen offers high functionality while entertaining family and guests and includes a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. This cottage can sleep a maximum of 11 adults with 3 bedrooms, one with two doubles and the other two bedrooms have queens. You will find there is lots of room for you to spread out. And just in case, for those overnight guests, you can always drop down the two futons in the living room for additional bedding. The cottage is air conditioned, and features a comfortably sized Jack and Jill bathroom.

You will be able to greet friends and enjoy the outdoors on your very own deck complete with table and chairs. Large enough to host a gaggle of your closest colleagues the BBQ will come in handy to keep them well fed and entertained. Then, by the water's edge a fire pit to keep the night going. You can also launch a fun filled day from the convenience of the dock where you can park your watercraft. Located within steps of beach area 1 you will find the convenience of local amenities close at hand. Nearby rentals offer the ability for you and your guests to water ski, tube, jet-ski, paddle-board or anything else right on the river. You can also bring your own toys and launch them here at the beach marina.

We offer 3 cottages, side by side on the same property. You can take advantage of a max capacity of 25 for your larger family outings. We can accommodate larger groups for weddings, family reunions, friendly gatherings and more.

Fresh Linens can be provided for you during your stay, which would include duvet cover, sheets, pillows, bath towels.

High speed WiFi access is also available if you require.
