Your desert adventure awaits you. Comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with full size garage, plenty of parking, hot tub/swimming pool - all you need is your toothbrush!

Master Bedroom: King Bed/private bathroom.

Guest Bedrrom: Queen Bed

Third Bedroom: two single beds

Guest Bdrm and Third Bdrm share bathroom

2 roll-a-way beds that can be used as beds or use the mattresses on the floor to create sleep areas for a total of 8 people maximum.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival. If

cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, no refund unless owner is able to rebook the

unit for the same. If the tenant has not paid the balance due 60 days prior to arrival, the

reservation is subject to cancellation with no refund.

About Valerie E Gilliam

Hello, we are Jim Githens and Valerie Gillam. We love the desert! We have been mountain biking and rafting in the desert for over 30 years. Jim's love of the Utah desert started with a trip floating down the San Juan River when he was in college. In later years, the float down the river was with our three young boys. Now they are grown and on their own and most of our time in UT is now spent mountain biking.

Why Valerie E Gilliam chose Utah

Sometimes the Colorado winter can seem kind of long and Moab is only 3 hours away. We can have the best of both worlds - world class alpine skiing and warm desert sun.

What makes this townhome unique

It is so nice to have a full size kitchen so that we can enjoy a peaceful evening at home rather than going out. We also have hosted as many as 20 people for dinner. After a day in the desert, there is nothing better than a warm shower and a nice, clean, comfortable bed!

Everything worked incredibly smoothly for us before , during and after our stay at Valerie's place. The house is extremely comfortable, very well located and has everything anyone may need for a great stay. HIGHLY recommended!

This was a great property. Well maintained and everything was as listed and very clean. The beds were comfortable and things like toilet paper and trash bags were well stocked. Loved the interior decorating. I would definitely book this property again.

Well-maintained property with all the conveniences in a great location.

This was a great property with all the conveniences of home. The booking, the information and instructions by the owner, the ease of access, and parking with a secure two-car garage were all easy. It is convenient to all Moab area attractions in a quiet location well off the busy highway. The two bedrooms were a little cozy when the hide-a-beds were used. I had to search a bit for the hide-a-beds (in a storage closet in the garage) and for the linens which were a bit rumpled and needs a corner repair. I would recommend this property to anyone and would book this unit again without hesitation. There is a full kitchen, entertainment systems, and high speed internet. The kids enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. We all had a great time.

We ate at the Moab Grill and Moab Diner (an ice cream place with a good expanded menu) and the food and service were good. Both places were also kid-friendly.

Beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! There were seven adults, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The unit was so well equipped, and the location was very convenient to the national parks plus plenty to do in Moab. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The owner was wonderfully accommodating and quick to answer any questions that I had. One minor difficulty was solved immediately. Wonderful property!

Good location for exploring Arches NP

We went in July knowing it would be hot. It was hot. Other than that, it was a good location, about 5 or 10 minutes to Arches. Out by 6 AM to beat the heat and back by 2 PM and to the pool. The hikes in the early morning were great and we were not alone. The property was very nice and we had no issues throughout our 3 day stay.
