4 bedroom 3 bath home in the wonderful Diamond Village community A short drive to Sandy Beach. With Easy access to downtown and other beachfront resorts and activities along the beach. Home can accommodate large family or group gathers / family reunions. In Beds the house sleeps 10, then with couches we allow 14 but if there are more adults in that number we recommend guests bring an Air Mattress or 2 for Children. Just a short drive to the beach, Diamond Village is a friendly family type of community where everyone knows and looks out for each other. NOTE:***** A CASH cleaning fee of $85 needs to be paid upon arrival to caretaker in addition to the quote.. ***** Any questions or concerns you may have, feel free to ask! Thanks so much!

Rocky Point

The property was clean and spacious. There are a few deferred maintenance things. The pictures on the listing are not recent. The community pool edge hasn't been maintained and cut my son's foot. It is relatively close to the beach, but there is no beach access so we had to drive 10-15 minutes to a place where we could access the beach. It is very affordable and nice and safe.

Worst experience ever

The place was dirty, no one was there when we arrived as promised. Light fixtures were broken on the floor and when leaving the place early due to no water. Money was left in the freezer as requested by the owner later to find out with the deposit that they took it out of there and stated the money was not their!!!! Worst place to stay in Rocky point avoid the owner and the place is so far from town!!!

great stay, good property, at an even better value.

to start off the communication with jineane was very responsive witch in my opinion is very important when renting in another country, the property was very convenient and close to everything we wanted to do, when I did have questions about the property she had maintenance come over within minutes, pool was nice, family really enjoyed the swim, just overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back soon! recommend this hidden gem. :)
