Whether you are planning for a small pool party, relax while watching your favorite shows & movies from Netflix, HBO Go or simply listen to your preferred music from Spotify, our cozy & modern 2BR condo unit at Calathea Place, Paranaque is perfect for your stay!

Calathea Place is situated at Sucat Road with 24x7 access to public transportation. Very near SM BF, SM Sucat, WalterMart, PureGold, Shopwise & SnR. Easy access to NAIA terminals via Skyway. There are also nearby hospitals in the area.

- 2 Stools -- can be used as extra dining seats
- Stand Fan (no AC unit in the living room, door's unit is facing an open space thus well-ventilated. Screen door is also installed)

Dining Room:
- 4 seater dining seat (fruits in the pictures are not included : )

- 2-door Samsung Refrigerator
- Single Induction Stove
- Microwave Oven
- Rice Cooker
- Electric Kettle
- Cookware, Dinnerware and Kitchen Utensils are available for light cooking

Guest Access:
The following amenities are open to guests without additional fee:

- One (1) Parking Slot at Basement 1 near the unit's elevators. There are 4 elevator units at Lavender Building where our unit is located.
- Lounge areas
- Roof Deck, lots of open space at the building's roof deck
- Playground
- Basketball Court until 6PM, subject to availability. With charge of Php200/hour if you're using the court from 6PM to 9PM. Court is closed for use after 9PM. Open to guests
** Court is not available for guests on Fridays, Saturdays, Sunday and Holidays.

Located at the ground floor also is Coffee Gus-to where you can dine or take-out your favorite Coffee, Milk tea, Pasta or Cookies.

At Basement 1, there's also a laundry shop and convenience store.

For an additional fee, the following are also open to guests. These are according to the condo policy.

Access to Lounge, Lap and Kiddie Pools - open for guests every Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, except when these days are declared as public holidays. Thursday is cleaning day for all 3 pools while weekends are reserved for owners and residents.

Swimming Fee is Php200 per person per day, kindly register & pay at the concierge (Zebrina Building, Ground Floor) if you plan to use the pools. Cabanas are also open for use subject to a fee of Php200 for 3 hours.
