About this property

Costa Quilen is a wonderful, seaside vacation home development built near the central shores of Chile. It is located just an hour and a half from Santiago, on top of one of the beautiful meadows surrounding the country’s beaches.

Costa Quilen enjoys a climate very similar to the lower central Californian coast. Quiet, pleasant and children orientated, it has tennis courts, game rooms, a gym, and a direct and private access to the beach, permanently secured by lifeguards. It also has three swimming pools.

The apartment has impressive picture windows, gazing out to the Pacific, the small fishing village of Horcon, and the wriggled road to the condominium’s private beach. Bright and beautifully decorated, it has everything needed to spend a nice family vacation near the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, wifi, cable, and smart TV.

Private car is the most convenient way to arrive. Most of the drive is on the new excellent, divided, limited access Pan-American freeway, with the last 20 miles on the paved, un-crowded coastal highway. Apartment owners are Chileans currently living in Santiago.

ESTADIA EXCELENTE

La verdad es un lugar para ir en familia. Se disfruta mucho la tranquilidad y se puede aprovechar mucho las instalaciones. La vista es maravillosa y la gente que trabaja alli también es muy cordial. Nos encantaría poder volver en años subsiguientes.
