Our villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real success. We make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied; our objective is to provide you with a home away from home. As we are using it regularly, we take good care for you and us to really enjoy.

We decorated the Adventure Villa to really enhance your vacation and the thematic approach will certainly make your stay a memorable one. You will find smart 4K HD TV in the living room, smart HD TV's in the master bedrooms, high speed internet, Wi-Fi access, and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.

The villa offers a west facing private pool and has a covered area with colored comfortable patio furniture.

If you are looking for an incredible value, a super well equipped villa, fully renovated, in a prime, Disney / Golf / Shopping location that will accommodate, up to 8 guests, stop looking, you just found it !!

Villa layout details: The kitchen is very well equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area to maximize the family interactions. There is enough space for all guests to dine together.

There are 4 bedrooms;
Africa Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, King size bed.
Harry Potter bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Queen size bed.
Star Wars bedroom with full size bunk beds .
Choose your own layout for children bedroom, Pirate or Princess Frozen, twin size beds.

The villa offer a west facing private pool, to maximize the sun exposure, after all Florida is the sunshine state. As well there is a covered area with patio furniture, so you can take a break from the sun, organize a meal outside or still enjoy the warm weather on the occasional rainy days.

Villa location and surroundings: Our Adventure Vacation Villa is located in the peaceful Rolling Hills subdivision and located close to all Disney attractions and theme parks, only 3.5 miles (5km) from Disney main gate.
We are surrounded with beautiful golf courses; in fact we are neighbors to the beautiful Mystic Dunes golf club.

This place was perfect! We had plenty of space, it had all items that other properties we’ve stayed in tells you to bring (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags) so we just left what we brought for the next guests! When booking a place for vacation we always make sure it’s got a pool and game room and both were great!! Will definitely look at staying here for our next trip to the Orlando/Kissimmee area!!!!

Amazing, wonderful, clean, close to Walmart, not far from Disney & Universal parks & Orlando airport. We loved the themed rooms! This is the nicest place we have ever stayed on vacation and would definitely book again! Heated pool was nice and most of all the hosts were wonderful! When our flight was almost cancelled due to weather up north they didn’t have another renter for 4 days and didn’t hesitate to let us stay at the house if need be!! That says a lot about who they are as people Absolutely amazing…. Without question!!!🩷

The house was incredibly decorated and well maintained. We all loved the themed rooms, especially the Harry Potter and Star Wars bedrooms and Main areas! The house was spacious, the outdoor area was perfect for a family grill out for dinner. Lived the large soaking tub in the master bathroom for soaks after a long day at the parks! Can’t wait to stay again!

We enjoyed the house! The pool was fun to swim in and we played in the game room a lot. Itbhas a n64 and two controllers. If you have more kids bring extra controllers and more games. There is mario kart, banjo kazooe, wwe and hockey. The african bedroom could use a new mattress, the left side sinks. We would stay here again. I was impressed that k cups, laundry detergent and dish detergent were provided. Thanks for hosting us!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for our family vacation and visit to Disney World. The house was absolutely perfect and had something for every age range. There is a pool, game room, and every room has a theme that is interactive. The location of the property was absolutely perfect! Our Stay could not have been better. We loved it! It was close to everything we were interested in doing. The kids loved having a pool that they didn’t have to share with other people. Lots of room to spread out. Lots of bathrooms for different family groups so that sharing wasn’t required.

Great House for Disney Trip
