This is a Beautiful Renovated Condo located on the quiet Street of Diamond at the beach! Pacific Beach. The condo is one block away from restaurants, bars and shopping . The condo overlooks the beach, and boardwalk. Great ocean views from the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. One private balcony with furniture off the Living Room to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets and or morning coffee looking out at the ocean.
The condo is centrally located to San Diego County's most popular attractions including SeaWorld, World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego's Gas Lamp Quarter, Coronado, Del Mar and much more.
Amenities: This is a stand alone condo with no one above you or on the side of you very private, that includes 2 private Assigned parking spot.

There is a Pack n Play available, 2 New Bikes, Wi-Fi, Flat Screen Televisions, (2) Beach Chairs(2), (3) Boogie Boards, Beach Toys, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels, and Hair Dryer.

When you arrive all Towels will be cleaned and put away all Bed sheets will be cleaned and on Beds ready for you to have a great time in Pacific Beach!

This is a family owned and operated Beach Condo. This Condo Complex is a quiet, no loud partying allowed condo building…a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean!
I also have another condo on the water that is located walking distance. It is a two bedroom, two bath condo with Balcony With Chairs To Enjoy the View.

Note: I am charging less than other comparable properties with a goal to rent out the condos more often.

Includes Brand new full Kitchen with all new cooking utensils, Coffee maker toaster, Microwave etc.
Master bedroom Includes Queen size Bed, Mirrored Dresser with night stand, Mirrored closet also Accompanying this room.
Second Bedroom Includes 2 Twin size Bed with Dresser, TV With Roku and night stand Mirrored Closet door also accompanying this room.

Complex has been completely redone thus year 2021!!

There is Travertine Slate through out except in bedrooms new Plush carpet.
Also Includes 2 Parking Spots!

This was a really great place to stay. Very nice accommodations and close to restaurants and the beach. Property was clean and had convenient oarking onsite. We will definitely be renting this property again when we visit San Diego. Great experience to David S. the owner and Juan who answered all of our questions.

Fun family vacation

Great location to walk around and see everything. Rode the bikes down the boardwalk and just steps to the view of the sunset. Would stay here again!!

The proximity to the beach is awesome. The provided beach chairs and towels made it easy to enjoy the beach. The bikes were also convenient and used every morning to ride up and down the boardwalk. The restaurants we dined at were all amazing, especially Dirty Birds (my go to in PB) Breakfast Republic, Waterbar, and Firehouse (for a more swanky experience), but the food was great everywhere. The people were laid back and friendly and the area was very clean. Plenty of places to shop and they all offer something different at affordable prices. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and provided everything one would need to enjoy a week in PB. Highly recommended and we would stay there again when we return to Pacific Beach.
The sunsets are seconds to none.

Lovely stay. Great “home” to come back to each day after busy activities. Great kitchen, comfy beds and showers. Fun area, active nightlife, noisy some nights outside but you can’t hear anything indoors. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby and easy walk to beach. Would stay again!

This is an amazing property to stay at very warm and cozy, feels like you’re at home. It is in a very convenient location with the beach and shops nearby. There are many restaurants to choose from. David the host and the guy Juan that works for him are fabulous.Great communication! I would definitely recommend this property to everyone and I hope to stay there again!!!

Can't Beat the Location

We rented the property for my daughter's graduation from SDSU. The location just can't be beat. Just about everything is within walking distance PLUS the close proximity to the beach. My family loved it.

Amazing Host and Location

David was very responsive. Taking care of all of our needs and more we needed a pack and play for our 10 month old daughter and he had a brand new one delivered. We were so grateful .The area was perfect for our family. The beach is half a block away so many restaurants and attractions nearby we never ran out of things to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location

Good location walking distance to beach and restaurants. Everything was clean. Check in and out was seamless. Designated parking spot was definitely a plus in this area. Liked being so close so we could head back to grab things or go to bathroom and still enjoy beach. Really good poke bowls at nearby restaurants.

Convenient getaway

This property offers everything you need. My family and I chose it over more updated units, and we’re glad we did. The location is just a short walk to the beach, dining, and restaurants. The property also includes beach essentials, so you don’t have to buy or rent anything unless you need more. They even provide two bikes for use. While the property isn’t perfect, it’s priced reasonably and feels like home by the end of your stay. I would definitely stay again.

Great location!

The location of the property was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere, which is what we wanted. The place was super clean upon arrival, just a little warm due to no central AC but as soon as we opened the patio doors and windows, the place cooled down very nicely. We would recommend staying here.

Great, fun location next to beach, surfers, & night life!

Was a beautiful 5-day weekend a block from the beach. Very nice to take our dog for a walk along the strand and surrounding beautiful area communities in Pacifc Breach and La Jolla!! Will definitely go back to this exact area.

Perfect Location

I took my girls here for a short little staycation during spring break. This little apartment is in the PERFECT location. Close to shopping & a ton of cafes and bars. I didn’t have to get in the car once and the beach was super close by. The apartment is a little run-down, yes, but honestly, for this price and location, it’s a steal. It was very clean and the on-site gentleman who let us in was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here agains.
