Easy street parking, clean, convenient location where a cheap Uber or quick drive can get you anywhere in Prov. Would consider staying here again!

My family loved our stay here! Joel was so kind and easy to communicate with. We brought our two dogs and it worked out perfectly! We have no complaints at all!

Great space!

Nice lower level apt with parking. Close to lots of restaurants and Providence Place huge mall. The space is comfortable and has all you need.

While the apartment is in an older home it was clean and well supplied and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of equipment for cooking but we didnt. The host was prompt when questions were asked. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy.

Great Stay I a cozy space.

Loved our entire stay. We came to finish filming scenes for a horror film and this beautiful space was where some of our crew stayed. Super clean super easy to get into. The outdoor patio is also fun to sit in and soak in the sun.

Visiting my mom with my daughter and her boyfriend. The apartment was very nicely done and close to federal hill. I recommend!! Nice big tv!

The home was very cozy and very clean. Nice area. location was excellent. the host was very kind and friendly. any questions I had the response was quick. I would recommend this home to anyone who was visiting Rhode Island and I would also book it again.

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay. Hot water temp can be turned down almost burned myself. Some faucets the hot and cold water is reversed. One bed was too soft for me. Overall i enjoyed my stay

Great location to help daughter move to Pawtucket.

The place was very cute and decorated nicely. My only issues were is was a bit noisy at night, some very early fireworks and just some random late night neighborhood noise. The heatwave was very unexpected, so the AC units were not in place. After moving my daughter all day in the heat, we did have to check in and then put the units in place. The host was very responsive and apologized. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Been meaning to right this review for a while. I stayed here with my family in May of this year. The other people who reviewed this place must all be family members of the owner or they are just outright liars. This place should be condemned, don't be fooled by the pictures. The place is not clean, not in good shape, definitely not quaint and not in a good area. Furnishings are all very worn and out of date. I had it booked for two nights but we all agreed we didn't want to spend a 2nd night there so we headed home. I would run, not walk, as fast as you can away from this place. There are much better options in Providence than this place.

Perfect little trip!

My friends and I were in town for a convention and this was the perfect place to stay. It was just a short drive from the Rhode Island Convention Center. It was very clean and they provided plentry of clean sheets and towels for us. We ran into an issue when getting in the first night (our fault) and the property owner came out to help us get in, which was much appreciated! Whenever I had questions leading up to and during my stay, the owner was very quick to respond and very helpful. Iwould stay here again if I attend the convention next year.

Providence weekend

The home was a great size, lots of amenities, kitchen well equipped, entry with keypad was easy. It is an older home so if you want brand new it’s not for you. Worked well for us. We rolled toward the middle on the one bedroom and other mattress was harder, so my husband and I slept separately for better sleep.

Nice place to stay

We were staying here for a family wedding nearby. And we chose it because we could also bring our dog. Communication with Joel was excellent for check-in. And we had no issues finding the property or getting in. The home is an older home (it reminded us of our property when we lived nearby) and there were some nice improvements to the place. It is in a crowded neighborhood, but it was fairly quiet. The yard is quite small but it sufficed to take our dog out real quick. There are also some nice parks within a short driving distance where we went for some longer walks. We had everything we needed there and we were quite comfortable for our stay.

Overall it was a great stay. Older home, but well kept. Neighborhood was quiet, but closer to what I would consider the bad part of town. Listing states there is a hot tub and there is not, but I do not fault the owner for that. I should have confirmed this with them.
