La Guito Stay
The balcony had bird feces on it. This after I asked was the unit really cleaned because that was the first thing I notice when i walked around the apartment. The apartment had no hot water!!! When i called and asked about this the response I got was no one really has hot water. I explained this was not true because every time i come to laguito to stay my apartments I rent has hot water. Then it was stated to me that its so hot outside its best to take cold showers. My brother and i both got sick from this dirty apartment and the combination of cold showers and then going undearneath fans and a/c in the apartment because the air quality in there was terrible. I asked about a/c and I asked could they come and fix it or come by and show us how to use stuff around the apartment and no one never came. I have rented out apartments before i was always there to help or assist with my client stay. Hot water is a must on vacation. I expect the same conditions i have at home to have vacation when it comes to simple things like cleaniness , a working a/c unit and hot water(there was three bathrooms and not one had hot water). This was ridiculously. They also need to invest in a A/C for the livingroom. Having two fans blowing in the livingroom instead of an a/c unit is terrible.
