This fully renovated and furnished vacation rental awaits your stay! Everything in the unit is brand new, as it has just been renovated and fully furnished. This includes an HD flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi —readily equipped for Zoom meetings and teleconferences—cable TV, a workspace, stainless steel appliances, and an AC unit. Not to mention, it features a brand new California king bed!

Gated Complex on the 18-Hole Fazio Golf Course. Enjoy walking to world-class beaches and dining within the complex. Private tennis courts, a pool, and a clubhouse are just steps away from this unit. You’ll also be within walking distance to Turtle Bay Resort, where you can explore fun and exciting nearby restaurants and bars. Utilities are included!

The full bathroom is located on the main living area level.

Rates do not include taxes, cleaning, and applicable fees. Please note that processing fees can be waived if paid directly to the host.

Guest Access
There will be a keypad on the door to gain access to the unit, and the code will be the last four digits of your phone number. We will send check-in instructions prior to your arrival.

Check-in time is anytime after 3 PM, but please let me know if you would like early check-in, which may be available.

Other Things to Note:

1. Please remove your shoes upon entering and make every effort to keep sand and dirt outside.

2. Notify the host immediately of any problems with the house so we can address them quickly.

3. Our home is located in a residential area. We kindly ask that you be a thoughtful neighbor and keep noise, music, etc., to a minimum between 9 PM and 9 AM.

4. Please wrap, store, or refrigerate all food and drinks to discourage pests.

5. Trash should always be bagged tightly in plastic bags and deposited in the trash cans.

6. Feel free to do laundry during your stay. Washing towels and linens helps us maintain the home.

7. This is a non-smoking home.

8. We kindly ask that you turn off the air-conditioning units when you are not occupying the rooms.

Check-Out Procedures:

Please check out at the designated time unless a late check-out has been prearranged.

Make sure to wash and replace all dishes, cookware, food storage containers, and utensils in their proper places, and lock all doors upon departure.

Excessive cleaning, trash, sand, and dirty laundry (more than one set of sheets per bed and two towels per person) will incur an additional cleaning fee.
