3 Bedroom. Full bath with 5 foot corner Whirlpool and stand up shower. Tastefully decorated in heritage colors with pine accented throughout the cottage. Skylight in main living area. Cathedral ceilings, ceramic tile throughout the cottage (no carpet). In wall HD LCD 55 Inch Smart TV, Bell Express Vu Satellite TV in true High Definition. Microsuede Sofa and love seat in living room. Stainless steel fridge/stove, dishwasher/microwave oven. Washer/dryer in cottage. Dressers and night tables in all rooms with ceiling fans throughout. High Speed Internet

This newer Cottage is overlooking the West River with a spectacular view from the huge front patio deck equipped with lots of patio furniture, Propane BAR B Q.

Paul was absolutely amazing to work with. We were in a jam and luckily his property was available. Smooth check in, everything we needed in the cottage, exceptional communication, honestly couldn’t say anything better about our experience with Paul and his property. Way more than 5 star service! Wouldn’t hesitate to deal with him again and will recommend him to anyone looking to stay on the island. Thanks again!!

We stayed at this cottage in PEI for 9 nights and had a mixed experience. The cottage itself is spacious with a good layout, comfortable furnishings, and a great king-sized bed. The air conditioning worked almost too well, the couches were cozy, WiFi was reliable, and the quiet location with partial water views made for a peaceful setting. Parking was plentiful, the kitchen had basic appliances, and although we didn’t use it, cable/satellite TV was available. Unfortunately, communication with Paul was sporadic and unclear. Check-in instructions were minimal, and responses were short and lacking context. The listing mentioned a pool, but there was none—we only found out when we asked about towels, and by then it was too late to change plans. Several amenities disappointed: the Jacuzzi jets didn’t work, the showerhead was fixed awkwardly high, and the front door was difficult to open with a gap that let bugs in. We also dealt with many flies. Early in our stay Paul notified us the dishwasher was broken and expected us either to stay home for repairs or leave the cottage unlocked. After confusing, last-minute scheduling attempts, we ended up handwashing dishes for the entire trip. The cottage was also missing small but important items for a longer stay, like salt and pepper, tissues, a recycling bin, adequate toilet paper, and enough drinking water, which we had to buy ourselves. This cottage is nice, but maintenance issues, and poor communication impacted our stay.

Nice Place

The cottage was quite sandy,and floor hadnt been cleaned. We mentioned the broken hose on outside heated and it was replaced next day. Other than this we enjoyed our stay.
