Please Note About This Coastal Home This home is part of the charm of the Oregon Coast and has its own character, history, and unique quirks that come with coastal living. While we work hard to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-stocked stay with quality linens, towels, amenities, and responsive support, this is not a brand-new luxury build or cookie-cutter hotel space.
Coastal weather, salt air, sand, and the natural wear that comes with beach homes mean you may notice occasional imperfections or minor maintenance quirks during your stay. Guest safety and cleanliness are extremely important to us, and any true safety or major maintenance concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly.
If you’re looking for a perfectly polished, ultra-modern luxury experience where every tiny detail is flawless, this home may not be the best fit. But if you love cozy beach homes, sunsets, tide pools, local restaurants, salty air, and making memories on the Oregon Coast, we think you’ll feel right at home here.

A beautiful spot, clean and well equipped. Nice spaces and beautiful deck to watch the beach and sunset for our extended family gathering. Host was communicative.
We stayed at this property for a long weekend with our extended family. The space was comfortable and kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. We grilled one evening and enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the beach. We enjoyed the proximity to the water and short drive to other attractions in the area. There were a couple of cons that are worth mentioning: (1) the wifi is unreliable. Several adults in our group planned to work remotely for part of the trip and each of us had issues connecting to the wifi. After consulting the host, this was eventually resolved by restarting the router (which we had to do several times throughout our stay), but caused us to miss meetings while we figured this out. We conducted a speed test (which confirmed it was far below that in the listing)-- the host responded that speed was expected to vary across the property. We arranged to never have more than one person taking zoom calls at a time, and that worked fine. One person had a critical call and opted to book a nearby hotel room to guarantee they would have internet. The slow internet would also cause TV buffering to stall. (2) The staircase is a true spiral staircase-- there are no landings on the second and third floors. We had a toddler traveling with us and there was a baby gate installed on the second level. This was appreciated from a safety perspective, but the gate was installed such that it couldn't open, so we had to step over it each time which was annoying.
