Summary:
Lake Powell is open and will stay open! The Stateline launch ramp is fully operational and the low water levels offer a unique perspective for exploring. We're at the south end of the lake with 400' of water at the dam.
The Space:
Nestled in a serene location, The Hideaway immerses you in the vast landscape of Lake Powell with the comforts of home. The home is maintained and stocked with the utmost attention to detail for our guests' every need. The comfortable living space includes plenty of seating on the plush sofa, a Smart TV, and expansive views through the windows. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cutlery, silverware, dishes, pots / pans, baking dishes and utensils. We also offer most small appliances such as a coffee pot, crockpot, blender, mixer, and more. Everything you need to make your vacation easy and seamless!
Three comfortable bedrooms are each thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind- clean, fresh linens and comfortable beds. The primary bedroom offers a King size bed and the other two bedrooms offer Queen size beds.
The backyard includes open space as well as a beautiful deck outfitted with a barbecue and outdoor dining. The panoramic views of Lake Powell are truly captivating and provide the perfect backdrop for relaxation.
Guests are given access to the 22’ x 32’ garage with an extra tall door. Boat parking is permitted in the neighborhood as well.

1. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance.
2. Unapproved late checkout is subject to a fee of $100/hr after the established checkout time.
3. This is not a pet friendly home. Undisclosed pets are subject to a $350 fee.
4. Please note that the sofa has a pullout couch allowing the home to sleep 8.
5. This is a smoke-free property. Violation is subject to a $1000 fee plus actual remediation costs.
6. Excessive cleaning due to unwashed dishes, trash left throughout the house, or other significant messes will result in an additional charge proportionate to the time required by our cleaning team beyond a standard turnover.

Perfect place to stay. Clean, quiet, open, light filled property. Loved hanging out on the back deck and watching the light change on the landscape. A real value for two couples (and two king bedrooms!) rather than staying in chain motels. Don't hesitate.
This property was a very nice property to stay at. They had a very large garage that fit our boat in wonderfully so we could leave everything on it to dry out for our next day of boating. There was plenty of parking here! Amenities were all as expected and the communication with the host was exceptional.
Super clean! Home had everything we needed and the perfect location for our stay! Host was amazing! We’ve stayed at many homes in the area over the years and this was our favorite and a great price!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hideaway in Page. It was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The beds were top notch, the spacious kitchen included all of the necessities for cooking, the deck out back was wonderful, the gas grill was clean, and use of the large garage was a special bonus. I highly recommend this property!
We had a fantastic stay at this Greenehaven property! It's in a perfect location—just a short, scenic 20-minute drive from both Page and Antelope Point Marina, which made it super convenient for our lake adventures.The house itself was well maintained. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping it comfortable and were even available to quickly assist with any concerns we had. Check-in was a breeze, with clear instructions and zero hassle.One of the biggest highlights for us was the ample parking space. We brought two trucks, two boats, and a car, and had no trouble fitting everything. The large RV garage was a game changer—it easily fit my boat each night, and having that shaded, well-lit space allowed me to unload gear and clean the boat in comfort, out of the harsh sun. It really made prepping for the next day’s activities smooth and stress-free.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a lake trip with a bigger group or multiple vehicles.
A friend of mine and myself came to Page to run lake Powell Half Marathon. We found this property on VRBO and booked it--best decision of the trip. It's just outside of Page but close enough to run in for groceries, hiking, museum, close to the marina, etc. It's so quiet and because it's outside of town stargazing on the deck was fabulous--we saw the northern lights!
The house was clean, spacious, well stocked. The deck is perfect because it gets the AM sun AND gets the afternoon shade so you can sit out and gaze at the great view of Lake Powell. We spent a lot of time out there. There's a grill and firepit too.
There's a giant garage and lots of parking--we didn't need it but it's there. We had two other people come for two nights and even with 4 of us there was plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and having two full baths was a plus. Also washer and dryer are available.
The hosts were responsive and I answered all questions. They were great.
We would like to run this race again and if so this property will be our first choice.
