Take a look at this incredible lakefront condo we call Barefoot Bay - it's a must-see! This luxury unit has everything you could want! Everything in the this condo is brand new! The condo is located in Camdenton which is the quieter side of the lake. It's close to all the best shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area. The location is a perfect spot to watch the boats drive by.
A brand new complex with high-end furnishings throughout and a screened in porch so you are protected from the bugs. Again everything is completely brand new - the furnishings, the fully-equipped kitchen, even the out door furniture on the patio.

This beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for whipping up delicious meals, and you can fire up the propane grill for some lakeside BBQs. The dining room table has seating for 6 and an additional 3 barstools for extra space at the island. Or you could head outside for patio dining.

Each of the bedrooms of this condo has an en suite so there is no sharing!

The master bedroom which is lake from has a brand new comfortable king bed and new linens. It also features a 50” smart t.v in the bedroom. Its a perfect spot to wake up to and see the glistening water.

The second bedroom has a brand new queen bed and is the perfect place to be tucked away for ultimate comfort. With nightstands, lamps, a small dresser inside the closet. You’ll love this queen bedroom.

The third bedroom is a bunkroom with a full over full bunk. It also has a twin trundle that pulls out for extra sleeping area. All mattresses and linens are brand new! Great bedroom to put the kids or a family!

The living room has a brand new sectional that is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of swimming and watching your favorite show on the 65” smart tv.
Head down to the lake front pool for a day. Bring your favorite drink and soak in some sun!

If that's all not enough....The condo has a 12 x 32 boat slip and 2 pwc spots! So bring all of your lake toys! Barefoot Bay is the perfect place if you are looking for luxury when you are visiting the lake. We know you will love it as much as we do!

No pets or smoking. Fine of $300. No glass at the pool. You must do check out procedures of there is a fee of $100 min
Quiet hours must be followed 10pm-8am. Second warning will be asked to leave without refund.

LOZ Condo with boat slip and pwc slips.

Great property. Brand new. Waterfront with a boat slip and two pecan slips. Easy in and out. Has an elevator to make getting your gear to the pool or boat slip easy. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Enjoyed the stay.
