Enjoy ocean and beach views from this turn of the century home (built in 1920) in a location that can't be beat! Ideally situated between two beaches and within walking distance to all the amenities York Beach has to offer.

Across the street you'll find Short Sands Beach -enjoy Fun-O-Rama, the vintage arcade, York's Wild Animal Kingdom, watching taffy being made at the famous Goldenrod (circa 1896), and many quaint shops. Grab something to eat at one of the many restaurants to choose from, whether you prefer a sit down meal or casual fare to go. Listen to a concert at the gazebo as you rock away on the front porch, a place you'll be sure to spend many hours of the day and night. Head in the opposite direction to Long Sands for a jog/walk on the beach or a ride in the surf.



The first floor includes a living room with a smart TV, a game room perfect for a rainy day, a large dining room, updated fully-functional kitchen, and 3/4 bathroom. The upstairs includes five bedrooms and one full bathroom.

All but two of the bedrooms have ocean/beach views! Additional amenities include air conditioning, a portable outdoor shower, grill off of the kitchen, washer/dryer in the basement, smart TVs, parking for 6 cars,  and an AMAZING front porch with a dining area, outdoor seating, rocking chairs, and porch swings. What a great place to start making memories for years to come!
