With stunning views of the 9th and 18th fairways of the Ocean Winds Golf Course, this beautiful renovated 2 bedroom condo at 2901 Atrium Villas on Seabrook Island sits just across the street from the ocean and the club pools and restaurants. It's the perfect spot for your next beach and golf getaway on the Charleston islands!
This desirable first floor, end corner unit boasts an expansive screened porch with outdoor dining table and conversational seating, creating a wonderful space for enjoying the sounds and breezes of the island. The large windows enhance the natural light throughout the villa. Decorated with a neutral, southern, coastal vibe, the unit been completely renovated with fabulous hardwood floors throughout and a stunning kitchen with granite countertops, bar seating, subway tile backsplash, updated cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 6 guests with 3 more at the kitchen counter bar, and the open floor-plan of the main living spaces made it ideal to relaxing and entertaining.
The villa has two full bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and porch access while the guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and both have been fully renovated with ceramic tile wood plank flooring, custom subway tiled shower and bath, and dual vanities with quartz countertops.
For added convenience, the property has a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi.

To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.
The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.
Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

This was one of the nicer furnished and maintained vacation rentals that we have stayed in. Very clean, with nice bedding and linens. Great access to the beach club pool, golf course and the beach itself. Excellent views of the 1st, 9th and 18th holes, plus the driving range. Plenty of action without it being a nuisance. We enjoyed spending time out on the screened in porch and watching the sunset. Excellent stay.

We loved our time in Seagrass in the beautiful apartment. My husband has a spinal cord injury and the apartment worked with the help of our small portable ramps for entry. My daughter rented a VRBO upstairs from us and her toddler had so much fun in the pool and on the beach. Your pool is fabulous and we loved that my husband could hang out near the sand with us.The restaurants were delicious and the staff super helpful. We had an urgent issue late on a Sunday when my daughter’s rental car key fob had a dead battery when she was headed to the airport. I found a very friendly woman who walked me through the best spot to find a fob battery - even late on a Sunday and not an apartment emergency!Thank you for everything. We loved your wonderful apartment which was so charming with every amenity. The screen porch was huge and made for a fabulous oasis from the icky DC winter. Seabrook Island is gorgeous and we will definitely return.
