Welcome to our spacious and comfy guest suite! Why settle for a boring hotel room when you can have a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and an in-unit washer and dryer? Plus, enjoy the comfort of memory foam beds and designated parking - one assigned spot and two compact overflow stalls. We're pet-friendly too, with a private backyard for your furry friends. Book now for the ultimate guest experience!

This 1000 sq ft guest suite is modern and comfortable with air conditioning! 5 mins drive from light rail, 15 mins from downtown, and a 1 mi walk to Lake Washington and Seward Park!

Your unit is on the bottom (first) floor with another unit above, their access is to side, thus there is potential for noise and not a good fit for those who are sensitive to the sound of foot steps. That being said we ask that upstairs be mindful of noise 10pm -6 am. Backyard and exterior spaces are shared with upstairs.

We absolutely love furry friends and we know that they're a part of the family. However, we do reserve the right to decline on a case by case basis. We kindly request that you check with us prior to booking and let us . We ask they stay off the furniture and bedding, and that you scoop the poop—because no one likes surprises in the yard. We require a $200 refundable deposit for all bookings with pets prior to your confirmation code could be activated. $100/pet/stay.

Wonderful - clean and tidy, with a lot of nice extras, like spices in the cupboard, great ice trays in the freezer with ice already in them,and emergency coffee. Very responsive host, easy to access the apartment and good instructions for operating the heating/cooling system and navigating the neighborhood.

Great spot for exploring Seattle

The property was just what we needed and fit the bill perfectly. We had room to spread out, cook, wash clothes. It was clean, quiet, and well equipped. No issues with neighbors staying in the upper unit. The small backyard was a little oasis. Convenient location. We were able to use public transport to go to downtown sites quickly and easily with no parking fuss. Shopping and numerous restaurants nearby as well as nice parks. Loved our stay.

Great long term stay in Seattle

We had a great stay in Tracy's place in Columbia City. She was very kind in working with us to reschedule when we had a medical emergency. Once we were there, the space was clean, bright, and comfortable.The kitchen space was great and a highlight, and the open floor plan on the living room made the space feel really nice. We worked from the location, and never had any problems with the internet. The only internet issue was that the TV was a little quirky while trying to stream. It is worth noting that the bedrooms are quite small, mostly a bed and one nightstand. We made it work tho.Overall we were very happy with out stay.

Diamond in the rough

We loved this place! The neighborhood is up and coming. You can see homes surrounding this are improving the neighborhood. Once we figured out our bearings we were able to navigate fairly easily. For those who enjoy cannabis, a short walk or ride on a scooter and you are at Seattles Cannabis Company. There are always scooter or bikes around if you like the adventure. The fellow at the 76 was wonderful. The train is about 1 mile away and easy to navigate. The place had all the comforts of home! We loved it here. Thank you Tracy and family. Cindy and family

Not the neighborhood I expected.

I was in Seattle for medical reasons. My main issue was parking. It was very difficult to get in and out of our assigned parking spot.

GREAT MIDPOINT SEATTLE/FEDERAL WSY

All the comforts of home. are here. Quiet when we were inside and your regular neighborhood noises when we opened the front door. We enjoyed using the full kitchen and dining room, relaxed while watching Netflix and both beds were very comfortable. Thoughtful touches throughout. Appreciated that each bedroom had its own temperature control, also.

Great Place to stay

It was a pleasure to stay at this fully equipped beautifully laid out apartment. We were very impressed. It was fully equipped and the host even provided laundry detergent. The only concern we had was the step down upon immediately entering the apartment and there needs to be a small banister. I would welcome the opportunity to stay there again if I find myself in Seattle.

Nice place in a cool neighborhood

Accurate description and quality place. Beds were super comfortable. In-unit laundry. Host was highly responsive as we had an issue with the fire alarms going off but the host was available to talk through resolution.

Property itself was nice and clean. Everything is well communicated by the property owner and they are very responsive. Neighbor was very nice, but the neighborhood did not feel safe for walking at night

Lovely place

This place was amazing and the host is so helpful with any questions. LOOK AT THE BOOK! I was a typical boy and didn't read the book and had to ask the host everything... She calmly referred to the book and had the answers to allu questions. Would definitely stay any time!!!

Nice place location not ideal but home is cozy

Semi secure parking great hosts location requires car we were in downstairs unit for an extended time close to 6 weeks with different tenants upstairs every few days some louder than others but it was never an issue quiet garden space in back all the comforts of home with a large serviceable kitchen and every utensil and piece of cookware you could want open floor plan so privacy is only in bedrooms but overall better than advertised would certainly stay there again.

Nice home base for a city visit

First, the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a vacation rental! The location is convenient to light rail & bus, so you can still easily experience Seattle without a car. Was only there for 2 nights, but would go back just for the bed!!

Exactly what we needed

The place was great since we wanted to stay outside of the downtown area. It was a very short transit to the tourist spots. Tracy was very responsive when we had trouble with the door lock, and everything else was great!

Great girls trip!

Nice extra touches like upgraded linens, appliances, movie channels, etc. It was great that pets were allowed, my two small dogs felt right at home. There's a shared back yard, but keep the leashes on since it's open on two sides. Owners are great communicators, checking in to make sure everything is ok. Close enough to all the fun stuff and great food is everywhere. We will be back!

Quyen works as a software engineer and has been living in the Pacific Northwest for 15 years. He grew up in many different states, but mostly Oahu, Hawaii. He enjoys the outdoors and fixing houses.

Together they have 2 little kids who travel with them everywhere.

We are mainly laid back hosts, we will contact you to ask if you have any questions or need anything, but we also understand that most people on vacations are typically very busy. You will always have us as a resource but we will also give you the space you need to explore on your own.
