The ground floor of this house is clean, sanitized and completely renovated. This duplex is unpretentious and comfortably furnished. There is sleeping space for 5 persons via king and queen beds and a sleeper sofa.

Bring your clothes as we provide all sheets, towels, beach towels, and anything else we can think of to make your stay enjoyable and easy!

The kitchen stocked with coffee and tea details to everything you need for meal or snack prep. All you need to do is purchase your groceries.

Wall AC, TVs, and solid surface floors help make this home quite and comfortable. You can enjoy the backyard fire-pit, charcoal grill for barbecue with outdoor seating lounge chairs. Vacationing with friends is great but vacationing with family or for work in your own private dwelling is even better!

BED CONFIGURATION: 1 King and 1 queen size beds, both cotton duvets are in each bedroom. The Sanctuary II has a queen sleeper sofa for kids or extra guests.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Charcoal grill available for use with lounge chairs for a relaxing outdoor experience. Well-manicured grounds along with the wonderful outdoor areas set this property apart from others. Cook up your catch of the day on the grill and enjoy outdoor dining under the stars.

PARKING: On property parking is available for multiple cars, RV or trailer - one per unit.

LOCATION: Quiet, cozy and centrally located to everything in Daytona Beach. Anything you might need is only blocks away such as restaurants, movies, groceries, drug store, amusement parks, and the Famous Daytona internationalSpeedway is only a 8 minute drive. You are not far from the excitement of Daytona Beach in this home but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.


PETS: One (1) dog allowed, up to 25 lbs, for an additional fee and completion of Pet Information addendum. Must be 1 year of age or older. Must be spayed/neutered. All vaccinations must be up to date. Please be advised some breeds are not permitted.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking and non-party home and property.

The accommodations were as described. Lacked a real common area, aside from the kitchen. Walkable to the downtown area (near minor league ballpark, not downtown Daytona Beach). Attentive host.

spring break stay

Shower head has no pressure little water and tv cut on glitching like they were already broken when we arrive and couldn’t get WiFi to connect to them to we left them alone the rooms were nice but not what was posted in pics when booked so next time I need real pics etc for my stay thanks
