It's a Brick...House has a large deck off the front door & a quaint balcony to enjoy the view of the town of Cascade! The historic town of Cascade, IA has a lot to offer, from festivals, tasty restaurants, grocery store, & a Dollar General. It's just 2 minutes from Riverview Ridge River Tubes & Kayaks. The condo is only 20 miles from Dubuque, IA & 15 miles to Dyersville, IA.

The property had everything we need to enjoy our stay and so much more! The kitchen was fully stocked as if it was yours at home and a grill outside, too. The beds were so comfortable, everything was very clean and very quiet!! It was the perfect place to rest our heads when back in town to visit family, we look forward to our next stay. Thank you!

Perfect for Traveling

Hello! This Brick House was PERFECT from my family of four! We traveled for a baseball tournament to Field of Dreams. The Brick House was in a convenient location to not only go back and forth to the fields, but to also rest from long days of playing ball. The house is nestled in a very quiet, private location where you feel like you are on a farm. You can actually see and hear the neighboring farm animals as you drink your morning coffee out on the patio, or grill your steaks at night. The boys loved running around the yard, and were excited to have their own rooms. We were within walking distance from the town which we found very charming and even found an old tavern with great cocktails and burgers! We wish we had more time to explore the town. Teresa, the owner, had everything we needed from toiletries, to towels, to every kitchen appliance imaginable! She was very quick in responding to a few questions we had. The house is very neat, clean, spacious, and just adorable! We look forward to staying here for next year's tournament!! Thank you, Teresa!
