Welcome to your perfect oceanfront getaway! This stunning one bedroom condo offers fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean and sandy beach from your 8th floor private balcony. The living room is filled with natural lighting and boasts comfortable seating, a smart flat screen TV and modern decor that creates a relaxed atmosphere. The living room offers stunning ocean views and direct access to the balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee or relax in the evening watching sunsets. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen features an electric 2 burner cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a pantry with small appliances and the kitchen features the essentials if you wish to dine in. The condo includes a beautifully decorated bedroom with a queen bed, a smart flat screen TV and ample storage. A coffee bar is included with a Nespresso coffee maker. All linens and towels are provided. Also provided are started amenities soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and dishwasher tablets. There are coin operated washer and dryers located on the 1st floor of the resort. High speed Free Wi-Fi. Beach towels, chairs, cooler, blue tooth speaker, beach bag and umbrellas are available for guests. Free onsite parking. Indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river and hot tubs. This is a non-smoking unit including the balcony. The security deposit is in place to compensate the cleaning service if house rules are not followed. If unit is left as found 100% security deposit will be returned. We can accommodate additional cleaning and laundry service for an additional fee. Note - Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the water park and the associated lazy river behind the parking garage. Additionally, the game room/family fun zone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort. Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort’s parking

Quick trip to myrtle beach

16th Anniversary

We absolutely loved this condo and resort. Pictures do not do it justice. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly the way it is. The ocean view is absolutely beautiful from the balcony. The nicest and cleanest condo we have stayed in on Myrtle Beach. Location is great. We only left the resort once and that was to eat at Crabby Mike’s. Everything you would need is on site. We will definitely rent again.

Wonderful condo

This condo is in a great location. It's a very clean cute little condo. The view from the balcony was great. We saw dolphins from it a couple days. Everything you need is there and labeled. There were beach chairs, wagon(which we didn't use), beach umbrella and a cooler available for use too. That was a great asset. Would definitely stay again in the future. Great way to celebrate my birthday 🎂!
