Ranch-style house with a family feel. All necessities are available. Sleeps six with a comfortable recliner and chaise for relaxation in the communal area—huge backyard for BBQ with a spacious sunroom for a morning coffee and meditation. Washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating HVAC, microwave, TVs, streaming, and Internet are all included. Common office space, large Master bedroom, and shower. All personal photos and personal items will be removed before all rentals.
Built in 2019, this RANCH is loaded w/ upgrades: Offering hardwood flooring throughout, a BEAUTIFUL granite kitchen accented w/ SS FARM SINK, subway tiled backsplash, custom cabs, soft close drawers. The pièce de résistance is the LUXURY Master Bath w/ a HUGE oversized TILED walk-in shower w/ double benches, double granite vanity counter tops & linen closet. Open Family Rm w/ upgraded lighting & vented FP. Two bedrooms with a shared granite bath. Moreover, welcome to a HUGE flat fenced-in backyard with a decked sunroom!!
