200 mts far from the beach of Ipanema and a bit further from Copacabana beach, near Praça General Osorio tube station, where hippie fair flee market is held on Sundays, 24h supermarket, shopping and restaurants.

Muy lindo el departamento y lo mejor es la ubicación cerca de la playa más linda de Río (Ipanema), del supermercado, del metro. Gayfriendly !!! Muy divertido! Excelente relación precio calidad! GRACIAS!.

Ótima localização, anfitriões atenciosos.

O apartamento fica muito bem localizado, no coração da zona sul carioca. Há muitas opções de restaurantes, mercados e passeios turísticos por perto, além da facilidade em pegar o transporte público. Recomendado para quem vai passar um fim de semana ou uma temporada na cidade

I'm a Carioca, I love my city, but the fascination for knowing the world led me to settle in the United Kingdom and Spain. Now that I'm back home, I'm seasonally renting my family's apartments. They're all in the same residential building constructed by my grandfather.

It was 1940 and Ipanema was a neighborhood under construction. Our grandfather was one of the entrepreneurs who believed in Ipanema and the the re-emerging of a a growing neighborhood that lacked middle class apartments, therefore he demolished his parent's beach house and built "October 16" building.

Some of the apartments remain with our family, and are currently remodeled and seasonally rented.
