Perfect every day!
My stay in the Lakeview Top Floor was simply perfect! Waking up to the view of Lake Champlain every morning and seeing the beautiful sunsets helped to make it so. It was very clean and had everything I needed. I even got to cook dinner for my son and his friends because the kitchen had all the supplies I needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was bright and clean. As it got chilly, I was happy that there was heating, though I wish I could have had the door open more to the beautiful deck overlooking the lake. There is a cute coffee shop a short walk away, and getting to Church Street is an easy stroll. There is also a diagonal pedestrian road to take you down to the bike path and waterfront, where you can also find Foam (a brewery), The Skinny Pancake, and a couple of other shops. I hope to be back for another stay. Thank you, Jon!
Convenient location to Church Street area. Clean place. Beautiful view of the Lake!
A heavenly view and comfotable space
What a lovely place! Really comfortable with thoughtful touches from fluffy towels, a convenient place for muddy shoes and a nicely equipped kitchen, complete with chefs knife. And to top it off, one of the best.views in VT from a wall of Windows . Just wish we had more time to sit in the Adirondack chairs and take it all in. Parking on the street was a breeze and there’s a terrific local coffee spot at the end of the street. Hope we can stay again when we’re back in Burlington!
Beautiful, convenient to downtown, owner was at tentative to our needs
Very close to downtown, bike/running path, and an AMAZING view!
Very nice, close waterfront location with stunning view / deck. Kitchen is well appointed, but note there is no micro-wave nor AC and if you are in the humid summer periods this may be something to consider - and some street noise at night. Parking is ok but if the lower unit is rented your only option is street side which we found generally available. Easy walk to shops, waterfront, restaurants, bars etc. Grocery shopping is close as well. You will need to bring soap, shampoo and other similar personal items. Stairs are quite steep and anyone with disabilities or concerns on stairs would be challenged. Recycle and trash bin is close. For us it worked out well and we would stay here again is the bottom line.
There is a brand new 5k heater A/C; this guest didnt recognize that it was there. There is great a/c.
Beautiful views with access to all that Burlington has to offer!
My husband and I had a wonderful weekend in Burlington and enjoyed our stay at the Lakeview Top Floor apartment. The kitchen/living area was open and sunny, with large doors and windows looking out over the deck and beyond to Lake Champlain and the gorgeous Adirondack Mountains on the far side. It was a great spot to relax, and we also appreciated its location as our home base to explore things around town and in the nearby area. The apartment itself is furnished and appointed at a pretty minimal level. For example, we had to improvise with a chair and books to create a bedside table and there was only one pot (which didn't even have a matching lid) along with a few large woks for cooking. But overall, it was clean and quiet and comfortable enough, and we were happy to call it home for the few days we were in town.
New cooking set and bedside table has been added.
