Country-house with pool and Etna and sea views

A renovated farm with pool in a stunning and perfectly peaceful setting between the sea and Mount Etna, close to Acireale (3 km).

The house is located on the highest part of the estate, overlooking an infinite number of lemon trees, Mount Etna and the coast as far as Taormina (35 km). The garden is beautifully tended, with palm trees and Mediterranean flowers. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining.

Casale Acqua e Fuoco is an excellent base from which to explore eastern Sicily, Mount Etna and its surroundings. It is just three kilometres from Acireale (a pretty little city, built on a plateau of lava, that is known for its Baroque churches). Giardini Naxos, a seaside resort with beautiful sandy beaches distances 32 km.

Other things to note:
The price includes a set of linens and bath towels per person.
A car is necessary.

The private swimming pool measures 10 x 5 m. and it is 160 cm deep and is open from April to the end of October.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a dining room with an open kitchen, and a dining table for 12 persons. The rooms are all on the ground floor and have air-conditioning.
There are 3 units with their own entrance. The units and the kitchen are not connected from the inside.
Unit 1 has a terrace with sea view, a double room, a twin room and a bathroom.
Unit 2 consists of 2 double rooms, a single bed and 2 bathrooms.
Unit 3 is a spacious double room with bathroom.

The following might be to be paid extra: Pool towels, Tourist tax.

Very private and homely. Outdoor seating areas made for a very relaxed and sociable experience. Pool and pool area especially good. Car a must as almost too far to walk anywhere. Cooking and prep area just about big enough for our group of 6 adults. No hot water on a couple of occasions, but host Tiziana was very responsive and helpful as she was with all enquiries.

Excellent location, beautiful orchards and garden area. Refreshing swimming pool, interior is maybe not the most up to date, but you want to spend as much time around the house as possible. The separated bed rooms give good privacy.

Absolutely loved the Villa. Communication with Giulia was easy and before we got there she was really helpful with sending us nearby places to eat and see. Directions to the villa were clear and the villa itself was lovely. Amazing views of Etna on one side and sunrise views on the other! Would highly recommend the villa to big groups.

We loved our stay at this charming renovated farm house, especially the garden and the absolutely breathtaking views of the Etna. We were in awe of the spectacle every sunset! The location is quiet and seems rural, yet is a great base to explore the Etna and Taormina region. The rooms are cool and all have their own bathroom, the pool is lovely and we even used some lemons from the trees on the land. Tiziana and her husband are wonderful hosts.

Guilia’s place was a beautiful quiet getaway spot that can be used as a base to explore much of the eastern coast of Sicily. Also perfect for quiet days with a beautiful view. The rooms were clean and the pool and patio were lovely options. Tiziana and her husband live nearby and were welcoming and very responsive to all our questions. They were wonderful! You absolutely need a car to stay (as she mentions in the listing) and you have to be comfortable driving the narrow streets at night. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful accomodation located in lemon orchard, with incredible quiet surroundings, stunning views directly to Etna. Great starting point for trips to the east coast of Sicily, and also for relaxing days spent there by the pool and grill. The owner with the care-taker Tiziana were super helpful, responding as fast as they could. The villa on its own was great, we noticed one drawback during our stay: the interiors were a bit humid (stayed in the beginning of May, had some rainy days), also the bedrooms lack bigger windows and they were more cold than temperature outside - which is definitely great in summer!

Miejsce urokliwe. Wszystko w 100 % jak na zdjeciach i opisach. Widok na góry i z drugiej srtony domu na morze. Wszędzie blisko, ale bez samochodu ciężko. Dom zadbany, świetnie wyposarzony. Vi var 5 barn (5-14 år) och 6 vuxna (tre familjer), som alla är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse under en veckas tid. Huset ligger ostört och vacker beläget och med en stor fräsch pool till glädje för både barn och vuxna. Vår kontaktperson Tiziana var mycket hjälpsam och lätt att kommunicera med, vilket vi uppskattade. Eftersom fastigheten är så stor kunde varje familj rå sig själv i sin egen del av gården. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!

Villa dans un environnement exceptionnel au milieu des citronniers avec vue sur l'Etna et beau jardin très bien entretenu. Chemin privé et éloigné de la route cependant l'accès y est un peu difficile. Très belle piscine avec terrasse. Barbecue très performant C'est une maison qui est plus faite pour vivre a l'extérieur avec une très belle terrasse pour y prendre ses repas. Absence de salon.

Ostört läge med stor trädgård strax utanför Acireale. Omgivet av citronlundar och med en härlig pool och utsikt mot Etna. Vi var 10 mat- och vinintresserade vuxna som hyrde. Köket var litet och inte så lättarbetat med litet kylskåp. Trevliga och hjälpsamma värdar.

Het verblijf is fantastisch. Mooi aangelegd en super netjes onderhouden. Wij waren met negen volwassenen dat er was echt ruimte over. Een hele mooie plek voor een hele fijne vakantie.
