Pet friendly, responsive host. Very satisfied and will keep on the list for future vacations. Perfect set up for family vacation, each family member can comfortably have their own cabin yet spend ample of family time in the common area.
The property was nice. We stayed in cabin 4, and parking was a little tight for two cars, but we made it work. Very convenient location for us because it was near Rocky Top Sports World, and we rented it for proximity for soccer tournament weekend. The property was clean and had all that we needed.
This is a great little cabin that is close to everything! Nicely decorated with a FABULOUS kitchen! The only negative is they do not have a inclement weather policy. That's why I didn't give 5 star's.
We didn't realize how close to everything the property was, yet far enough away you felt on vacation.Nice property for families with kids and dogs. Bring a dog gate and the dog can hang on the porch while you are eating dinner.Beds were comfortable, couch is not. So no naps with football. Great area for a fire (bring your own wood). We stayed for 6 days.
Property was very welcoming for pets, very clean for humans. Overall a great location just outside of Gatlinburg near a small town that was just as enjoyable as the big city in Gatlinburg. Love the local folk, best of Both Worlds. Communication with property manager was excellent.
The beds were super comfortable, just a bit smaller than anticipated. We were planning on another couple coming with us, and had they been there, we would have been in trouble with the size beds that were there. As well as the number of towels and rags that were supplied. I did not realize the things we should have brought with us; with others, they have usually supplied most of these items. There were absolutely no spices, no coffee filters, no cleaning supplies, just a little dish soap, very little toilet paper, and very little paper towels. We had to go to a nearby store and purchase all of the above. Had I known, I would have just brought it from home rather than spending the extra money. The cabin was simple, yet cute, but I thought you should know, so you could better prepare. Josh was very responsive and kind to us when we reached out about any concerns. Lots of fun games inside to keep you entertained. We found a super nice, clean dog park around the corner, which made it convenient for our dogs to go run around and exercise a bit! Super convenient location to get to all surrounding areas and the price was pretty good too!
Everything was in great shape, pet friendly, clean. Beautiful setting. I did write down the codes to get in, it was a good thing because my wifi wasn't working. The roads were nice but they did twist and turn the GPS took us three different ways in and out. Just know that is OK. It could be the way we turned. I wouldn't want to find it in the dark.Close to the Park which was great I would not want to stay in Gatlinburg.

Fantastic cottage for family getaway
We absolutely loved our stay! We had myself, husband and two kids plus our dog and we had plenty of space to relax and spend time making amazing memories. The cabin had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable. There were games for the evenings if you need something to do. Great outdoor area to hangout and enjoy more family time. Close to everything we wanted to see. Easy to get too and well lit at night. We loved our stay!! Thank you!
Perfectly situated in the hills of Gatlinburg. Far enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and peaceful, close enough to access downtown Gatlinburg easily by car. Local shops and restaurants nearby that aren't geared toward tourists. My 12 year old loved the "babbling brook" running by the house, and seeing a black bear crossing the road at night. We also loved having the blinds open to the greenery around the cabin. Earthy and simple with thoughtful and modern conveniences. Beds are clean and comfy. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with basic necessities. Wifi and Roku easily accessible. User friendly smart thermostat and door lock.
Mold everywhere. Could not get in contact with the person in charge/owned these cabins when we arrived and seen what we were walking into. He has a door camera but never answered it but he can see whoever stays there. Weird. We found out he’s known about the issue for over a year and was telling maintenance to just paint over it. I do not recommend staying at cabin 4! It is a huge health issue!
My husband and I had a trip planned for a friend’s wedding in Pigeon Forge - last minute we decided to bring our fur baby with us. A lot of places had weight limits, so we were running out of time and options. Then we came across this cabin, before we even booked we had great communication with the host. Josh answered all my questions and we booked right away. The cabin was smaller but it was perfect for us and our dog the 3 days we were there. It’s close enough to Pigeon Forge that if you want to go out and do stuff you don’t feel like you’re driving far, but it’s nice a peaceful. Definitely have privacy where the cabin is located. The cabin had the essentials needed if you wanted to cook. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap…which was very nice. They also provided pretty much 2 rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. The beds and pillows were super comfy! But the nice touch was Josh, he kept checking in on us while we were there to make sure everything was ok. If we ever make it back that way we definitely won’t hesitate to book this cabin again!

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
We stayed in this cabin for 2 nights as a stopping point in our road trip to Georgia. The location was great with it only being a few minutes away from Downtown Gatlinburg and about 3 minutes away from the Free Trolley stops. The accuracy of the listing and photos matched the description of the property! We had everything we needed to prep and have meals as we brought a lot of our own food.Sadly, when we came into the property, we immediately noticed a loud dehumidifier and a strong odor of mold from inside the cabin. We were instructed by the owner to keep the dehumidifier running on high continuously and needed to be emptied out daily. The humidifier was set to collect 3.5 gallons of water, which might be too heavy for some. I only knew that I had to empty it as I was wondering why it became so peaceful and quiet when it turned off in the middle of the night. I understand that this is fairly minimal, but the odor is my biggest complaint as my wife has a scent aversion that makes her feel nauseous to strong odors. Hopefully this gets taken care of as the smell was kind of overwhelming at first, but you got used to it the longer you stayed in the house.
